Got the latest copy of Hypno Video from Kobb Labs in my post office box today.

A lot of film reviews including the long sought after Confessions of a Teenage Peanut Butter Freak.

Good review, of a film that was better than most porno films of that day, and will read all the other
reviews tonight at the shack.

Another 1970s porno I've probably mentioned before is Adultery for Fun and Profit, starring that
Ole Bobby Goldsboro Lookin' Thing, George Peters.

Wonder  if it would be any better than most early 70s pornos, or just average?

Something Weird does, or used to carry it in their listings.

Man, that got there QUICK!  Thought I sent it out just a day or two ago.  I don't know if any of the other movies will be of interest to you.  A lot of more recent (2010+) movies this go round.  Some choice 80's cheese scattered in there, too.  Anyhow, I too had always been curious about CoaTPBF (even the acronym sounds like some kind of deviant sex act).  Mainly because of the crazy title, and because of that awesome ad mat in the Something Weird catalog (the particular one of which I am thinking isn't showing up in my google searches, dammit).

I'll see what I can dig up on Adultery for Fun and Profit from my usual scrounging places.  I do remember you going on about George Peters, though I don't recall the particular movie right now.  Was it that one with the white Cadillac?

I've read lots of negative comments online about Stockwell's performance in that, but I thought he was just terrific.  Equal parts manic and seductive.

It is alleged to represent Pan's horns.

Thanks for enlightening me, Deeky.

Dr. Claw, thanks for the reply.  I can't remember a porno film with George Peters and a white Cadillac, or even a porno film with a white
Cadillac.

Could you give me any more details on the white Cadillac film?

Mr. Peters was in Sex Problem, which I had a trailer for, and another one that I did post some screen grabs from, was "Sex Wth a Smile,"
Candy Samples the main lady star, and also with John Holmes.

That one was all indoor with Candy operating a telephone service where people acted out sexual fantasies for the callers.

In this one, Mr. Peters similuated intercourse with a stuff Pink Panther, in a baby play pen.

Check out the "You Ole Bobby Goldsboro Lookin' Thing" thread.

While I'm not all that much in the know about acting performances, I'd agree with your comments, Dr. Claw.

The Castle of Frankenstein reviewer said Mr. Stockwell looked "stoned to oblivion."

While I think that on the whole, The Dunwich Horror was not a very good film, it had some things I liked, and even the COF writers admitted that.

I think that Lovecraft's works are basically un-filmable.

I think you very well may be right about Lovecraft's films being - well - unfilmable.  Or perhaps, as it occurred to me the other night: Everyone sort of develops their own inner imagining of what his horrors might look and behave like, and so some films work for some, and not others.  In some ways, I like nearly every Lovecraft adaptation I've ever seen, just because it's one of my favorite horror authors they are trying to bring to the screen.

I don't know, man.  There was some thread you had about a white car a long while back.  That Sex with a Smile sounds essential, if only for "Mr. Peters simulated intercourse with a stuff Pink Panther, in a baby play pen."  You should put your reply to comments at the bottom, not the top.

Actually, as I just went to send you a private message, I can understand where the confusion arises.  It seems more appropriate to respond to private messages with the reply at the top of the page, whereas on the forum posts themselves, it seems more appropriate to place them at the bottom of replies.

OK, thanks for straightening me out on that, Dr. Claw.

Don't know if I can keep it straight or not.

Actually, there was a thread titled something about "White Camaro," which I had proposed as a member ranking.

Maybe the title was " The Case For White Camaro."
