Problem kids in the neighborhood
Hello Everyone: Although I have been a mother for 12 years now, I am new to this board. My family and I have recently moved from our farm to a house in a suburb. The neighborhood is nice but there is one family that has the worst behaved children. At 13 and 15 yrs old, these kids run the streets all hours of the day and night. They are constantly causing problems and vandalizing the community. A prime example of this is yesterday morning. It was about 3am when I was rudely awakened by the sound of profane words being screemed at the top of one of these boys voice. I don't understand how the parents can just let these kids run wild??? I mean, don't they care? These two boys have a juvy record so long, it takes 2 cop cars and a paddy wagon just to transfer it from precinct to precinct! Short of selling my house and moving, I am at witts end. My hubby wants to move back to the country and I am not argueing with him!!! Can anyone suggest anything? Outraged in Ontario. |
