Well to answer this question  a computer system is a   complete, working  computer.   The computer system includes not only the computer, but also any software  and  peripheral devices  that are necessary to make the computer function. Every computer system, for example, requires an operating system.     

This is a fourm that you can discuss various computer systems and seek help from others on computer systems.

and you need os....

without os....you will not able to start your computer. Are your computer has OS? do you know what is OS? it is Operating System. There are many OS in market. The famous one is Windows XP.

here is  a few list of home use  computer os:
