I was firmly against having any involvement in the board, to the extent of whether I should even be in the room.  Last week I witnessed one in use and have totally changed my view, I found it intriguing and actually felt drawn to it, but I resisted as I wasn't ready. Next time I would like to join in but only under strict supervision of a medium who was in full control.  Watch this space!
