 Efriends advice & support forum was founded by a group of people who were once strangers but bonded together over their shared heartache and their need to find strength during trying times. The comfort, support, and friendship they found in each other helped each one of them make it through very trying times in their lives. These friends gave each other the support to gain self-confidence and the courage to face the world once again.
During our time together, we became passionate about helping others through the journey as well. Our site is not made up of psychologists or professional health care workers, but of other people who are going through or have gone through the trials and tribulations of life. We welcome everyone to our support forum and we sincerely hope that our site brings you the support, acceptance and comfort that we once received.
