No foul language and treat other members respectfully.

Do not use the forum to advertise your businesses or for just advertising purposes.  If you want to advertise your businesses please put links in your signature.  This forum is for support, recipe exchange, and general weight loss discussion and not just a place to sell vitamins or other weight loss products. 

You can "advertise" other websites or businesses in your introduction and/or your signatures.
