Being the World's Big Brother and keeping an eye on nuclear stockpiles wont help anything. Futhermore as time goes on, America is losing its position as the worlds Super Power. So when the inevitble shift occurs, would it be okay for China to mandate the proliferation of our own nuclear stockpile.
