?so instead of the 6000g i ordered, you have paid me 5000g! ?And truth be told, After the AH fee i received 1900g. so after paying for 6000g i received 4900g, that doesnt exactly seem a way to make customers "satisfied"
As for what went wrong, I dont really care. ?I PAID for a face to face in game delivery. ?At no point did i ask you to mail it to me, as far as I am concerned the fault was with you.
I will not be using this service again and hope others are warned.

I have had the same with IGXE. Whenever i ordered gold and told them to use the auction giving me a 5% extra amount of golf (which might pay for the ah cut) they have always contacted me and went for a ingame trade. which ofc didnt include the 5% as they chose to do it via trade. They have also been late on the order time numerous times. And the powerleveling is slow as fk aswell. I do however want to let you know that they have delivered anything i have ordered or almost the same. just not always the way i payed for.

I bought a new car, ordered it in daytona blue and got it in red. WTF?!?
Ofc i wasnt gonna take it, so the dealer had to send for a new one, and he did.
That was a car, this is some virtual currency, should be easier to deliver what you pay for.

i have read about the guild bank deposit method, i also have a toon that owns its own gb, it has bugger all in it, and i also have created an account specifically for buying this afformentioned amount of gold, if thats a simpiler way or safer way
but how do i know u have the gold on my server and that i can get it before making the order, its a big one and therefore i am spending a reasonable amount of money
my server is dathramar faction is horde, is there room for a transaction here ?
i want this to go smoothly!

We are sorry for the inconvenience we have caused. If you choose to deliver via AH, you need to put on 5% more items on AH, and we would buy them out. We are also feel sorry for the delay, as sometimes the high demand in some server. But we are trying our best to deliver in the first time when we have stock for you. As to the slow progress in powerleveling. Our powerleveler would have to be very careful to ensure the safty of your account. Hope you can understand in this matter.

I AGREE I have bought gold from here before because it was always quicker,but this morning i asked live chat if they had the gold amount in stock before i buy.They said they did then within mins was told the were working on my order,and now being told they still working on it and apologizing the whole time.I read these post and now feel like i got ripped off it wont happen again.My point is don't tell customers you have gold in stock then you dont why lie.

this is hilarious so many people are being scammed/banned/robbed/cheated in general this site is going to break into pieces until your exchanges become more safe.. look at my post above BANNED WITHIN AN HOUR.
