I have purchased from this company 3 times now, and I have never had any problems. They delivery the gold in stages as to not alert anyone about what is happening, I ordered 21k and it took 3 days to get to me in all, however I did get it all AND got email updates at every step of the way. A+ in my book.

i've purchased gold 6-7 times as well as paid for leveling services and the past 3 times ive ordered gold they give me most of what i buy then they "mail" the rest to me, which i never end up getting, even when i give them explict instructions not too, so beware, out of the average 3000 gold i buy here and there, i get about 1900

The response I got from IGXE was "we delivered the credits" and still havent seen the remainder delevered. I find that to be very very upsetting as I spent quite a bit of money. Terrible customer service, they wont do anything if your caught...............

Your not sorry, I spent a month trying to get anything from you guys and nothing, I understand the risk involved but seriously after being a loyal customer time and time again, and getting shafted after buying a 1000m creds is very upsetting, I mean really, no offer for compensation you didnt even appologize, you flat told me it wasnt your problem and you still owe 50m creds on top of the fiasco.......

Do tell me how its possible via extensive "research" a chat dialog that consists of them "Come to newland" me - "ok" them "get the xxx credits" me - "yes". End of convo........you fail.

this whole thing is weird. I've ordered from them probably 10 times and always got exactly what I paid for within an hour...the only reason I don't order anymore is because I am paranoid about losing my account which has been paid off for a lifetime. That would be a waste, but I have had good service from them...but reading all these posts makes me feel less confident ordering from them now.

This is exactly why I brought this to everyones attention, as a fair warning to the risk and how they, as customer service reps, handle the situation. Granted Im glad the finally agreed to terms of some compensation, albiet 6 months later and me having to lay it out for all to see on the forums, but Ive still yet to see any credits come my way so its still up in the air as to them actually keeping to their word.

i used it and u get about 90% of what u order due to the auctionhouse taking its cut but it works and they do deliver. If they contact u asking for a face to face accept that as you'll get more out of it because the auctionhouse cut is quite big.
