Funny..I have yet to have a problem when I order from them. Except of cource them having the amount of RF currency I wish to buy onhand and in stock.Of course since I go to the help chat first to check availability...its no problem.

As far as what has been posted here I see several possibilities::

1. The Competition running marketing scams by making false complaints rides at the top of  my list.
2. People who havent paid enough attention to security and most likely have keyloggers  on their comps.
3. IGXE has admitted recent problems with the server. If this was the cause, then maybe issues have  been taken care of  since noo more posts blaming IGXE have been made.
4. IGXE has done all that was claimed.

To me, based on past dealings with IGXE, 4 holds no merit as I see it and 3 holds very small amount of merit. The item that carries the most weight to it based on personal experience is 2, though 1 is a close second. If you notice in the so called complaints there are listings for other game currency sites..........nough said.
And this is why most boards require You to sign up before posting.

I totally disagree.  I have had loads of problems with IGXE. As a gamer with money who uses these sites quite often I was planning on putting my experiences at other sites in here as well.  I think this kind of information would be good to have.  The customer service here is atrocious and if you go to websites like Top Ten reviews you can see they are at the bottom of the list.  What is finny is that I have seen mostly complaints and very few good responses so I assumed that the good responses were planted by people who work at IGXE.  But I guess it is possible  that some people do not have bad experiences here or maybe it depends on what game you are playing. I also do not use this site to buy gold but for power leveling so maybe they are ok at delivering gold, I don't know.  I have used four different sites and two were pretty good with IGXE being by far the worst.

Firstly, we are sorry that our customer service might made you unpleasent.We just communticated with our Live chat  department and we promise it wont happen again.
Secondly, we always appricate comments(Complaints &good responses ) from our customers and we never make any false topics/posts.Could you please trust us IGXE?

Just to clarify, the customer service and live chat have always answered in a timely manner.  Unfortunately I would say about half the time, it does not address the issue I have brought up or it is unintelligible gibberish.  The other times they have answered but their proposed solution does not fix anything and just makes me have to write again. 

As for trusting IGXE, it is difficult to do since you violate almost every sentence in your power leveling terms of service agreement.  Additionally when you are caught hacking and my account is banned permanently from the game, you refuse to give a refund or do anything about it.

The order # was 900513.  I have been going back and forth with you on this for over two weeks.  You say that it is completed, but it is impossible for me to tell since your leveler got caught hacking and my account was permanently banned.  Your leveler even admitted to hacking to your live chat operator when I talked with her and you still refuse to do anything to fix it.

Check other competitions comments on complaintsboard.com, such as IGE or thsale. Distinguished from others, IGXE is not bad.

 Well I just experienced non delivery of 20 Gold in LOTRO and even got tagged as a Gold Buyer by Turbine. What is amazing is that they say they delivered the gold but I try to look up the order number on the website and see no reference to the order number provided by Paypal. Will not buy from them again. There customer service is non existent is a joke also. All they say is we completed your order and oh by the way can provide you some screenshoots if you would like. What the hell does that prove? That you opened an email window with my name in it. You guys really need to implement delivering face to face. As of right now I don't want the stupid gold for the fear of getting my account suspended because of you. 917431 is my order number.

There appeared a tiny problem with our order tracking system yesterday, however, it has  been fixed.
