I would like to share my point of view with all thsoe people complainging about the not getting what they were promised in a timley manner.

To use a metaphor, when you buy a burger at a fastfoodchain you don't expect to get especially good service. This industry (sales of mmorpg services) is not yet mature. Going into a purchase like this you know that you are not going to get the service promised on their webpage, you know that most of the customer service representatives don't speeak well english, and you know that you have to try to make things as simple as possible for them. What matters is reliability not performance, meaning that you will get what you paid for in the end, even though it might take a week or two longer than expected. IGXE is reliable in that sense, and also has the most competitive prices for the reliability. Similar online stores might have lower prices, but the chance of scam is large when not buying from a reputable site.
Don't think in any way i am paid by IGXE to say this, it is simply based off of personal experience, having tried various online stores. It is just a matter of being aware of the above stated facts, initially.

The reason not one single firm is 100% honest in their advertising is that noone else in the industry is, so if they go the path of honesty they will loose competitive edge. The industry is young and thus rotten on the inside.

Hope this helps as an intro to the industry, for people who are contemplating to make a purchase.

The best of luck.

All around the world, many companys give 100% satisfaction guaranteed to their customer. Frankly speaking, on one can do it. As you know, 100%  satisfaction is only a commercial instrument. It's impossible to satisfy your every customer. Most customers didn't thank the store when they got their goods successfully. However, once there is some problem with the service. Customers will complaint constantly until the problem is been solved.
