So I ordered 1200 gold from this place three days ago and I still haven't recieved it. I haven't even gotten a confirmation e-mail or order confirmation number, yet my bank account has already been charged the $10.86 for the gold. I can't even get into an online chat to try and resolve this. I would appreciate it if I could just get a refund or my gold, whichever will be fastest. This is ridiculous. We are so sorry for the delay of your order, I have checked your order, you placed the order on 2009-06-26, and your payment has been sent to our billing account successfully but can not be displayed on the order because of the broken data from the bank. So our customer service personnel could not approve your order at that point. This problem has already been fixed now and we have approved your order once we had fixed it. Sorry again for the delay. We have already finished delivering the 1200 gold now. We do appreciate your business with us. Your understanding would be much appreciated.
