I recently bought ectos in guildwars and after a hour, i got banned for 3 days. You guys should not be doing trades in Great Temple of Balthazar, because that is where most of the GMs look for gold buyers and sellers. It would make the trade safer if you guys would go to where the buyer is. You guys are too talkative about gold and you guys should trade the gold more discreetly like not telling me about "giving the gold back to you". All you need to do is ask for where we are, you come to us and give us the gold and dont talk to us anymore. I talked to your lve chat and i emailed you guys a screenshot of my banned account

 I went to your customer service and all they did was deliver the rest of my order, they refused to redeliver the ectos that were taken off my account....i told your customer service that i was told that i would get a redelivery for the ectos and they said they weren't notified.

Sorry for the loss of your order.  We may only deliver 50 ectos as the compensation of your order. This suspension is out of our control and we did delivered all the ectos. Would you please accept that? If so, please contact us.  We will deliver the 50 ectos to you. We can also offer you a VIP discount. Your understanding would be much appreciated.
