I have waited well over 24 hours for my order when in fact I was told the gold was in stock and can be delivered the same day.  Now, after chatting with live chat they do not know when this will be done.

Please advise.

Sorry for the delay, i have checked your order,  the gold is really in high demand which caused the delay. And we have already marked your order as an emergency, so once we have some in stock, you would be the first customer to recieve the delivery.  Please allow us some more time and we will deal ASAP.
