So naturally I went to contact igxe on the live chat and explained it to them they of course were of no help and told me that they would have to wait for the powerleveler employee to come into the office so that they could explain to them what had happend and they would e-mail me in 13 hours!!
So I logged on to my buddies account to see my charecter and sure enough my char is still online and leveling shes at level 54 now. So whatever i go back to bed and wake up again at 1pm still havent heard anything I contact live chat again and get the exact same answer that my account has been flagged by them and made a note of and will recieve an e-mail in 12 hours. So I head off to work and come home at 11pm eastern time and what do you know!! NO E-MAIL FROM THEM.
So Iam now currently sitting here with a live rep named Ellen who has been nicer than the other to reps and is acctually giving a shitty attempt at helping me reconsile this but yeah there all retarded and have stolen my account
This is rediculous dont ever buy anything from this company, Ill be contacting BBB tomorrow so I can help that C+ drop down a level or two.
