9-10-08 - Bought Game, Went to Igxe's site,
9-10-08 - Bought Powerleveling 1-40
9-13-08 - Toon is lvl 20
9-15-08 - Toon is lvl 33
9-16-08 - Account is banned!

Not only 1-40 powerleveling stated on there site as 3Days and 10 hours long, and after 4x contacting there live support with atleast 30+ min waits asking why my toon wasn't being lvled, they would lie to me saying the toon was a higher lvl then waht it was (known because the new toon was on my friendslist on my other account) and when I told them they were lying, they would end the chat with me. and never answer my chat the rest of that day.

After contacting them about the account ban, I'd get a reply stating they would finish powerleveling my toon the next day.. (Really? how you gonna power level a toon thats baneed?) when asked that they said there only reply they seem to have "We are sorry for the inconvenience." Really? you think that one liner is the fix all??

We are sorry for what you have been through, also sorry for the inconvenience that our live chat may have  caused. Cause sometimes we have no access to check the status of the powerleveling order, and we can only leave message to the powerleveler, so we could not give a clear and quick feedback. And we will email you the update in the first time. Hope you can understand in this matter, you are our valued customer, we really appreciate your bussiness. We just have checked your order. Your account was not banned permanently. You can till have your account back. And we have partially refund you. We still hope we can have a good bussiness relationship in the future. oh how i love the irony of them paying maybe 100 dollars a month to chinese women/children/men and they have to do everything. NONE OF THEM UNDERSTAND HOW TO GIVE ORDERS i was messaged 500k gold right? ill give u 120ectos instead we are from igxe and then one of the guys spammed me IGXE IGXE like 3 times to insure ill get banned... I am extremely aggravated and will file a lawsuit if i do not get money back for my order.. especially after having my account banned... #1018337 i wish i wouldve screenshotted that IGXE cause i was banned within 45 minutes of ordering... stupid people who do this if anything is missing such as chars there will be a definate problem... i cant stand when i am undermined and scammed. They are fraudulent people who own this server and i honestly am going to have a fun time watching the "IGXE gets sued for fraud" along with the headline "IGXE uses 'computer sweatshops' -- PEOPLE PAID UNDER 5 DOLLARS FOR 20 HOURS OF WORK"

IGXE are not to be trusted. They delayed my gold purchase for a month despite numerous contact to the Live Chat and then they suddenly the order showed delivered. Nothing had arrived. I contacted their Live Chat again and the mood had changed to why hadn’t I contact them. They said the gold has been delivered and it wasnt there problem. I mean how could I be trusted as it had taken me a month to check why it hadnt been sent! I mean excuse me! They were the ones who delayed it for a month. I have received no gold at all. They sent me screenshot which supposedly showed their character sending me mail in the game with the gold in the slot but that doesnt prove anything as the mail didn’t say “Sent”.
