I attempted to purchase a CD key for WotLK on the 25th of April, at which point I was told that I would not be billed until I sent a copy of a valid ID. I did not send my ID, at which point I was billed anyway, with no CD key sent. On Tuesday I was told by an agent through Live Help that I would be refunded in 1-2 days, that has not happened either. Now I have lost the money and I have no CD key.  This site is an absolute scam.
