Anyone else having slow return from these guys? Their site shows 90 minute at latest turnaround it's been 10 hours. Why advertise 90 minute turnaround if it's just not true!!!

ive been waiting 12 hours and still waiting for delivery dont think this is best site used it because of a friend recomended it to me. need to work on there live chat as they just say same old thing all the time.

we suppose we need more than minutes for your order now 
we do apologize for the delay 
but right now we really need some  more time for the delivery

all i ever get!!!
im sure 12 hours is enough time to do a delivery more then that then u got a prob on your hands as u will lose customers

But both are "out of stock" --- yet they confirmed they had stock for people using a different type of payment ^^' Before recently, was prompt service. Now...I am very disgusted and tired of it.

I want my refund. I was told "one business day" and now told "two to three" :) I hope I see both payments refunded in full soon, else we'll be seeing each other over the paypal resolution center n_n;


Funny thing is now, after I lodged for wanting a refund, I keep getting denied access to "order" page on my account :o Including trying to log in myself, yet when I browse other areas, it displays logged in except to any order details :) hm
