This site is a total scam they said in a few minutes i would get my "gold" and still waiting and they wont answear their live help and when i call their numbers its all idians, and i cant under stand them, and they wont let me get a refund very frustrating. Some One help me !.

you can force your money back if you paid with paypal

simply start a complaint stating goods have not been sent

if i dont get my items ill be doing the same

also complaining to ebay

and paypal as official complaints

also ive taken screen shots of all the nice posts here to copy onto other websites showing why this site should be avoided if their customer supprt stays so crap

the lack of customer support is disgusting

The machine room our server located in was under maintenance for some unexpected reason, but we didn’t get any notifications, so we couldn’t address the problem in time. I have not had problems with them as far as receiving what I have paid for. Of course I always go into the live help and check on availability of the amount I wish to purchase

Of course, since they seem to be having  problem verifying they have the amount of in game currency I would like to buy lately...I may have to switch suppliers. I figure Ill try back tomorrow to get my 500 mill RF currency-Bell

cecillia took a long  time to tell me that it depended on what i order..THEN they coulod say they had it or not. So, no they didnt....Be back tomorrow for it admin.
