Welcome everyone to our paranormal forum! We've created this for you guys to share some of your experiences and have a place to gain support and insight from people who have had similar experiences in their own lives. I'm Christi, investigator and photo specialist for Finderscreepers. Like most investigators, I've had experiences in my life that I could not explain rationally. I searched for a very long time to find a group of people that had experienced the same types of things that I had. The validation and support that this team has given me has made me become so much more grounded with the paranormal. I no longer fear what I cannot explain, but rather have become more determined to find answers. We are here to offer guidance, support, validation, and hope you feel this forum is a place you can come to when you feel there is nowhere else to turn. Enjoy!!

You always hear of people having dreams that sometimes play out in reality. Some people call it a vision, others a coincidence, while some dismiss it as just random insignificant scenerios your brain creates as you sleep. When I was 21, I had a very odd dream. In it, my dad had been in a wreck and we were looking for insurance papers. At the time, I thought nothing of it and actually forgot all about it until a week later. At 6 in the morning my mom called me insisting I come over immediately. Upon arriving at her apartment, she informed me that at around 10pm the night before, my dad had left a local fair and crashed his motorcycle less than a mile away, dying instantly. My immediate reaction was I knew this was going to happen...I had seen it! That day we had to go to the funeral home to collect his personal belongings he had on him at the time of the wreck. These included his wallet, keys, and his Harley vest he was wearing that night. They had cleaned it up, but it still smelled of his blood- a smell to this day I still remember. We brought his things home to my moms apartment, hung the vest in the guest room and continued with the swirl of arrangements for the funeral. My parents were divorced, so we had to do some investigating to get alot of his personal things in order. That night, I slept in the guest room. At some point in the night, I awoke to the most terrifing thing I had ever seen. Next to my side of the bed stood a large shadow figure. It appeared to be over 6 foot tall and very broad shouldered. My initial reaction was that I must be seeing things...but it blocked out the light from the window it was standing in front of! And just like that...it was gone! The following day, we went to the wrecker yard to try to get his bike out, but was informed it was being repossed because the insurance lapsed 2 days before the wreck. Just like in my dream. I don't know if what I saw was some kind of message from him or something else, but I still remember it like it was yesterday. What happened still haunts me to this day and has been one of my main motivations for becoming a paranormal investigator. I don't know if I could ever truly know if it was him watching me sleep that night or something else, but I do know I will always be searching for an answer.
