WTF!!!!! My order was a power lvl/ecto farming for a lvl 20 and 1080 ectos. I gave you one account that I purchased solely for this purpose, you claimed you couldn't do it and I had to buy more cd keys, we argued for a while about that, I suggested that you just give the account 1080 ecto and I would call it a deal, you said NO DEAL! I then gave you an account that was very expensive but met your requests for order completion. I was very uneasy about this because it had multiple maxed characters and a full inventory on all accounts and the storage was full except the materials in storage, that was not completely full. Your developer got both accounts banned permanently. It got unlocked the your developer got it banned again, reason, unsavory actions as per GW GM. They said gold sellers were using the account and selling gold and butting, therefore my relationship with gold sellers they banned both accounts. OUCH!!!!! I had a monk with two sets of armor, two sets of torment weapons(that you sell for 17.90 each, not each set, each), I do not know how much this account would be worth, if you put a dollar amount to it. Maybe I should break it down for you. 1. Maxed monk with torment weapons 17.90*4= 71.60 2. Min & Max armor + runes for monk 300k in game money 3.aproximately a full storage full of materials 3-5k in ECTOS yes K as in thousand and yes in ectos 4. approximately 100 perfect/unique items ranging from 1k-200ecto + gold 5. Minis OMG almost all of the minis for years 1-3, and special occasion minis Undedicated 6. Everlasting Tonics, 8 none of them the same. 7. complete torment gem sets @ 17k in game money each. You know what, I don't think that you can compensate this loss! If I go by your prices on the site it adds up to way to much money, well over $1000 in real life money. Stack of obi shards $50+, a stack of ectos $60, EL tonics at your cheapest priced one $340, armor $100 (not including runes), $300 in maxed skill hunter, $170 maxed sunspear, $300 maxed LB, $500 in lvl 5 wisdom and many more in titles I had 17 maxed titles, shall I go on? I have screen shots of some of these items also if you would like to see them.OMG, I think I play too much GW.I am in the process of securing another GW account and leaving it for you to complete order #1184567, this will be my last order with anyone, I am sick to my stomach, I will leave a positive note after this posting if compensation, proper compensation is given, I have no idea how you could possibly compensate the time and effort put into acquiring all these items and feats.please don't give me your cookie cutter response like you do with so many customers. I have been a returning customer many times. It saddens me deeply to have it end this way.People get attached to their characters, you can't just get them banned, HELP, please advise or do something.Please do not give out any personal information in a reply about me or my accounts, any accounts that I have with your company. Sorry for bringing you so much inconvenience in this matter. I have contacted our power leveler for your order#1184567. We only have logined the account that you purchased solely for ectos and ectos farming(the first account). As for the expensive account (the second account) we even haven't logined. In fact, your first account wasn't banned permanently. It recovers now. You can play on it. Maybe your second account recovers too. You can check. At last, please tell us your ID and server(via email: fastsupport@ffxi-gil.net or live chat) so that we can send you 500 ectos to finish your order. Your understanding and patience is highly appreciated.

You are incorrect! I was on another account when your developer was on the second account. The developer didn't do anything with the first account other than get it banned.
500 ectos??????? Umm check the order again, it's 1080 ecto and power level to 20. NOT get two accounts banned and loose my accounts and all the merch in it. I didn't recieve anything except banned accounts, i can forward the e-mails to your company if you need to see them.
I have chats saved that your customer service/live chat with them explaining that they had to use my second account. I am extremely frustrated with this company, you do not have your information correct!

I've been looking back in my records and I believe that your "500 ecto" statment in the previous post refferes to a previous order, I am a returning customer and have purchased from you multiple times. Please retify all the issues you have incurred. Compensation plus the original 1080 ectos. You obviously have incorrect info, please try to have your developers log more clearly for future customers. I have chatted with David on 2009-08-09 @ 9:21 about this and I've chatted with Ellen the previous week. Please look at your chat records to verify what these customer service people promised and clarified. This will clear up many things for you. This was a simple order of a power level and 1080 ectos, time to completion 1 week, it's been close to a month! At this point I want to be done with you and your company, however this will not happen until their is compensation and the ectos that were paid for, I do not want you on any of my accounts anymore. You will have to go on and transfer the ectos without chat so that another account won't be banned. Your company has potential, you need to get your S**T together, you cannot be getting $1000 + accounts banned then denying that your developer was even on the account.
Please respond to both posts, not just one or the other.

I have contacted our power leveler again for this matter and checked the conversation record. Now everything is clear. As you said, you first gave us an account solely for power lvl/ecto farming. But as the cd keys is not enough, you gave another account which is the expensive one you mentioned. And what we have logined is the second account. We are sincerely sorry for bringing you so much inconvenience. You said both accounts got permanently banned. But when our power leveler tried to login the two accounts, they showed incorrect password which means both your accounts have recovered and you have changed the password(please refer to the attachment). In this case, if you still want to keep this order, we can negotiate to solve the problem. If not, we will credit the full refund for this order.

OK, I got my accounts back, both have been drained of money and materials, I want what I paid for well, I can live without the power lvl. but the 1080 ectos and the money that's gone and the materials that are gone. Please advise.

I'm glad that you can finally get your account back. You said all your money and materials was gone when you logined the recovered accounts. But according to our experience, only the exchanged money should be taken, not your materials or your original money. That is to say, you may have lost 500 ectos. In addition, we have power leveled your account to 20 lvl. In this case, we will either give you another 500 ectos to finish the order or just honor 80% refund ($103.2). Your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated.

You are incorrect, I never recieved 500 ectos for this account, and I wasn't power leveled. Maybe the developer used money and materials for who knows what? But I ordered 1080 ectos and a power lvl to20, I want my 1080 ectos and compensation for the rest of the non delivery, inconvience and the efforts of my time, along with all the misunderstandings from your people that say one thing then someone else says something differrent. You need to get your whole team on the sme page. please advise.

I can fully understand you in this matter. However the best thing we can do for you is either to give you the 80% refund ($103.2) or send you another 550 ectos to finish the order. Our power levelers are strictly forbidden to take anything from our customers' accounts. Your understanding is highly appreciated in this matter. We are sure to offer you more preferential treatment in your future orders.

I didn't get any ectos, I paid for 1080!!! you are ripping me off! this is BS What you have ordered is GW Farming 1000 ECTO. And there is a difference between buying ECTO and farming ECTO. Farming ECTO needs you to provide us with your account information and enough CD Key. In addition, we have power leveled your account from level 1 to level 20. In this case, we can just give you 85% refund ($109.65).

You are incorrect again, the character that was requested a power level to 20 is a level 2 wich I believe I did myself, your developer was using a different character to farm ectos, I had asked him/her in game why he was not on the proper character and he/she said that he/she needed to use this character to farm ectos. Your developer will confirm and your chat loggs will show also, your live help chat told me not to talk to the developer when they were in game. The developer also created a new character on my account. I just bought a trilogy key from your company and will give you that information so you can fulfill your end of the purchase. Once again please check with your chat logs and your developers notes on the account, they both will show that no ectos and no power leveling occured on the characters that were paid to be power leveled. If they are incorrect I will gladly e-mail a current pic of my lvl2 char that youre saying is a lvl 20. It is very tiresome to keep going around and around in circles with you and you still come up with the wrong information. Where are you getting your information from? It can't be from the chat support or the developer.

Sorry for making you feel you have been kept going round and round. But we didn't mean to do it. I am unable to figure out why you think I come up with wrong information. But once there is a dispute posted on our forum, I will read the posts carefully and go into the matter as soon as possible. Usually the first thing I will do is to find out the order and check the notes on the order. Then I will find out the power leveler or developer in charge and consult with them about the order. Then due solutions will be given and discussed. If necessary, their supervisor will be notified. If you can't accept our solutions, do you have better suggestions to solve the problem?

Are you saying that the developer stated that they power leveled the char. that was stated as a secondary to the first char?If that is the info you are saying is correct I will gladly send you a screen shot or meet you in game to show you my lvl 2 char.
I have purchased the trilogy key from your company and will e-mail the information to your helpdesk with the information needed. First I want resolution and acknoledgement that the char. was not power leveled like you stated in the previous posts. So there is no confusion or insinuation that I may be trying to rip off your company.

I talked with the power leveler in charge again and he assured me he had power leveled your character to level 20. I don't know what was going on. Maybe you can email us the screenshots to fastsupport@ffxi-gil.net and tell us your order number. For your account safety, it's much better to send you 550 ectos directly than to power level your account to get 1080 ectos, as your account has been in danger once and is likely to be banned again. As I've told you before there is a big difference between buying ectos and power leveling ectos. Buying ectos is much more expensive. If you still can't accept this offer(sending you 550 ectos to finish your order), we can credit you the full refund. Your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated.

Ok i sent the two screen shots to prove that the two characters were not power leveled. Reasons why power leveling/ecto farming is harder than buying ectos straight out. · You have to go through the BS small game easy quests to get to where you need to be. · You have to get the skill sets for farming, on a character that has the bare minimum skills. · If requested to power level/ecto farm a character other than a monk or assasin they will fail. · It is expected that if you purchase a PL/ecto farm that your character will end up with skills to be able to ecto farm after you get the account back. · Most people don't do the PL/ecto farm because it takes a long time and they don't have multiple accounts. · Most people order ectos because they want something right away and can't wait.

Our power leveler said we did power level your account to level 20 while you insisted that your account was only level 2 last time. Would it be possible that we did power level your account to level 20, but the level has decreased because of the suspension. As you are our valued customer, we can issue you the full refund you'd like to.

fastsupport@ffxi-gil.net sent a reply to my screen shots, so I am assuming that they recieved them. I will send them again. Your developer was on the wrong character, I spoke with them in game and told them that. They said that they needed to use the character for the farming of the ectos. The two characters that they were supposed to use for farming is not possible for the ecto farming process. What your developers do is farm with a monk or assasin then power level the character that the customer wanted to be used in the process of ecto farming. As I stated before characters other than a monk/necro combo or assasin will fail if they try and farm ectos. please check your e-mail again for the screen shots of the two characters. I did purchase another key from you with three games tied into one, so after this gets resolved i will hand over that to you for you to start and finish the process.

Then you just need to tell me the ticket number so that I can check the emails as well as the screenshots. As for the solutions, do you mean you will give us the information about your key with three games tied into one and want us to finish the order for you?

[FFXI-GIL #888789] 1184567 does that tell you the ticket # ? I know it has the order #. I have been having a very difficult time with the e-mails to the support center. But they have finially sent a response that they recieved the screenshots. I will ask that they upload them for your viewing only. Yes as for the solutions I will give you the key that I purchased from you with three games attatched to it so you can complete the order. We can discuss that after you see the screenshots and you can verify that the developer has given you the wrong information.

I have checked your screenshots and asked our power leveler as well as the supervisor of power levels to check them, too. They told me your screenshots still couldn't prove that we havent' power leveled your account to level 20 as both accounts may have returned to low level after the suspension. In addition, they suggested that it was best for you to accept the full refund, as your account has just suffered from suspension which is like to go through the final ban if we continue to power level your account to finish your order. Your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated.

How is this for a resolution: I give you an account that has never been activated (already purchased from you) I give you an e-mail account that hasn't yet been created but will be right before you created the GW account Your developers create the account with the character names I select When completed you send me an e-mail or post.
Account won't be banned because your MAC address will stay in the same country you are in until the order is completed, we both end up somewhat satisfied.
Oh and you can through in some extras for the inconvenience, also if all goes well I may have you power level/ecto farm another character on that same account before you turn it back over to me(I would obviously pay for that before I expected you to do that)
