Ok this is a scam Do not I repeat do not purchase from here. I paid via credit card and they are requesting personal information via a photo id. Which can easilly be used for identy theft. Then the people also act rude and hang up on you. Very poor business you should never i repeat never have to provide them wuth personal information to make an order online.

For those who are coming here for the first time take a look at the date and time of my original post. Ok then now compare it to this one. Notice there is no response? i have recieved no other contact with this seller outside of me initiating it by calling them myself. Then they hung up on me. I called back and they did it again. I called a third time and you know what? They refused to answer the phone. This is a scam pure and simple.With proof of who you are (your identification they ask for) plus your billing information they can take you to the cleaners.
Now to the owner.......i have figured you out. Now we can do this two different ways my way or the hard way. You can refund the money on my prepaid card (thats right its best to use one rather then a real one easier to manage and watch as well as easy to cancel if comptomised) now thats the first choice. Or the second is that i can report you to the better bussiness bureau as well as cancel my prepaid card which i purchased through walmart and leave you to fight over the ballance of the card with them. Your choice really. So now how do you want it?

I emailed them and they said that they canceled my order and to get my money back to contact my credit card company. Which is a blatant lie. if they had cancelled my order there would not be a sell pending on my card being charged by this company. Now cancel my order!!!! And give my money back!!!!

Look at the dates and times i canceled my order within 30 minutes of making it. i recieved no email from this seller untill i emailed them. I recieved no contact with the seller at all that i myself did not initiate in some way. Their live suport does not work. Their people you call are down right rude. And they ask for personal information like an id? Buyer beware go to thepowerlevel their service beats this one hands down.

That is to say, as you can't cooperate with us and provide us with additional information, we can't approve your order. Thus, your payment is still in your account. You can check. You also doubted the ID confirmation will put your personal information at risk. I can fully understand your worries in this matter. However sometimes we need our customers to provide us with additional information to confirm they are the legal owner of their accounts which is effective way to avoid online fraud. We can assure you that we will not let out your personal information to any THIRD PARTY. And once your order is approved, we will delete it. Your understanding is highly appreciated. We are fully aware of the fact our service are still far from perfection. We will pay attention to the problem you mentioned and improve our service as we always do. I never recieved an email from you untill i contacted you myself. The funds have not been returned to my card at all. When i did talk to the person they were downright rude and hung up on me. i called back and they hung up again. i called a third time and they would not answer the phone. The funds will not be returned to my card so long as there is a pending charge from you. In no way shape or form should you ever give out personal info or an id to any one online. Thats the first thing you should learn online. And as a bussiness you should know how important personal information is and not ask for more then needed to process the order. What would happen if some one got a hold of your id and your billing information? you can be taken to the cleaners in more ways then one. No other gold selling bussiness requires such a stupid thing. And you should have that listed on your site that personal information is required to process an order. if you did how many people do you think would attempt to buy from you given the hassles they must go through to complete it? Look how long it took you to reply on your own company forums. Replies should have came on this post in an hour on a busy day and minutes on a slow one. So now because i refused to give out personal identification i did not recieve my order yet you did recieve my funds......how is that fair? You can say what ever you want but so long as B2C 650-461-9387 QC is still on my card as a pending transaction i do not have my money back. Just for your information i can track my cards charges online and know within 15 minutes when an order is placed or if funds had been returned to me. She assured me that your payment is still in your credit card company and we didn't take it. The payment is expected to arrive in several days. That is why the payment status is pending. Please don't worry. As I have told you in the last post, we will not take the payment from our customers' accounts to ours unless their orders are approved. As your order hasn't been approved, the payment has not been taken. We can see you have gone through a lot of difficulties contacting us for your order, either by our customer service department(via phone, email or live chat) or by the forum. We are so sorry for having kept you waiting so long. As we the forum assume all the urgent order problems will be dealt with properly in the customer service department, we don't check the posts so often on weekends. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. You also mentioned the rude attitudes the customer service representatives held when you tried to contact them for your order which did give us a shock. Our customer service department has long been credited for patience and good manners when handling the order problems. But our rule is once there is a dispute, we will look into it carefully. We will strengthen the training and monitor. I can fully understand your worries in providing your personal information. If you still can't accept it, you can make an order by Money Booker and we will approve your order at once without any difficulties. In fact, if we can we don't want to bother our customers like this. The problem is that some persons anxiously contact us for unauthorized use. Ok it has now been 5 days since i made my order. i do not have my order or my money returned and now to add insult to injury i now have an added charge on my card for paying into an over seas account. You have exactly 24 hours to contact me and return my money or give me my order. Failure to do either of these will result in but not limited to contaccting the better bussiness bureau, the authotities as well as your government if aplicable in that you are from another country which in this case you are as you are located outside of the us.
You say i should get it in several days? It has been 5!!!!!! And i have as of yet to see either my order or my money. And having dificulties contacting your customer support is the understatement of a life time. I have no reason to lie about your service representative. What reason would i have to do so? I had recieved no email from you and your customer service online just plainly does not work at all. So i called you to only have a rude representative say they will cancel the order then (not my choice theirs!!) they hung up on me. When i tried to call them back i got hung up on again the second i identified myself as the one that just called.
So i call again and no answer. I came back and then posted my third post on this topic. 8 hours later i emailed your guys and they like you said that the order is canceled. Yet i still see no changes. i then come back 5 hours later and still no change or response. I then came back 10 hours later still no change or response. i then came back 11 hours later see i now have a response and then i replied. i came back every few hours to check for a response. And now i see one that still does not fix these problems.
If you want to remain a bussiness you need to bring in customers keep them happy and inform them about every thing. Me i have been left in the dark as to what is going on. You should have had it show that you need id to verify a credit card order. That should have been up front. But it was not untill after i made my order that you ask for it. But by then it is to late. I now can not go to another site to make an order while my funds are pending. And that means even using moneybooker.
That means i am without my order or any way to make another. When you put your customers or would be customers through so much grief its a general good bussiness rule to compensate said person for their difficulty. Have i recieved any? Nope none at all and no mention of it. Not doing that loses customers fast as they will go else where to another bussiness that will do that and treat their customers as people. Will I ever return to do bussiness again here if i ever get my money back? Not very likely if this is how i would be treated as a first time customer i would hate to see how you treat your repeat customers.
You always want your customers especially new ones to return. And you want them to be happy as word of mouth is what makes or breaks a bussiness. If they are unhappy are they likely to recommend you? If they are unhappy will they return? These are things you must consider as a bussiness and a bussiness man/woman. As your bussiness stands I doubt you will do well because many of your competiters know these things and practice it. Just some friendly advise.

We can fully understand and are so sorry for bringing you so much unhappiness in this matter, including waiting for 5 days, contacting our customer service department for your order status and posting on and on for the results. Now I think the best I can do for you is to help you find out where the main problem is. And I can see your worries are concentrated on your payment-$14.41 USD. So I asked our account manager to check the detailed transaction information which proved the payment hasn't been taken. I will email the transaction details to you. So everything is clear now. You just need to contact your bank to get the payment which will take another 3-5 days. You also mentioned the overseas fees which make me confused. Our account is the American account. How come the overseas fees? If you want, we can send you discounts and coupons as compensation. And if we are lucky enough to have your future orders, we will be sure to give you more special offers. Sorry for the trouble again. Your patience and understanding is highly appreciated.

i have just made an order for 100k guild wars gold and the same has happened to me. they want my passport photocopy, theres no way in hell they're gona get that. i've e-mailed them with the addres that my card is set to and told them i have moved to live with my mother and there has been no reply and that was over two hours ago.

In the email they said it was due to fraud.. if it was due to fraud then why would they charge us? yeh, your damn right its fraud. on your behalf. this is unnacceptable.
the idea of the system is to prevent fraud.. all youve done it taken our money and denied us our products.. makes no sense at all.. your not supposed to take the money at all.
what you've done is fraud.. until you correct it. IT-IS-FRAUD.

0_0 I never made a new order the guy mentioning an order above is another person you have messed up their order with. Any one can make fake pictures and spread sheets. if you have any type of skills its quite easy. I was always taught that actions speak louder then words. Your actions thus far have been to take my money then ask for personal information then not returning my money.
What would make you think that after you loused up my first order that i would come back for a second beating? 0_o The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over expecting a diferent result. I'm sorry but i'm not insane. To contact my credit card company to dispute a claim requires me to send a letter via snail mail to them. To call them regarding my ballance they charge me for that as well. I have checked my card repeatedly and my ballance has yet to change by one cent.
If you did not take my money and completely closed out my order then my ballance would change within 15 minutes. That has not happened as the charge is still pending. So either you did something wrong or you are lying to me neither of which looks good apon you or your company. I still do not have my order or my money. And no thought at all from you on how you are going to make this right with me. So you can count on the fact that i will not be ordering from you ever again. And you can count on me returning here every day untill my money is refunded or my order delivered as i do not like to be ripped off.

Sorry for making you so angry in this matter.
I can assure you I have been doing and will do everything I can to help you in this matter. But as you can see, I can only check your payment status within our company, not your credit card company or your bank. That is what I have done. And I have sent the results and the screenshots of your payment status to you. As the payment is not here, you are strongly suggested to contact your bank or credit card company for the payment. So far this seems to be the only way out. I don't know why your payment status is pending and can't be transferred back to your account immediately. Sorry for the inconvenience.
This is a large company which regards our reputation higher than just USD14.41. It is ridiculous to keep just USD14.41 but ruin our reputation. Your understanding is highly appreciated in this matter.
