I have placed order for 12 times here.

This time is the worst.

After 70 hours, I still got nothing. When I connect to the live chat, it took me an hour to get respond.

I've said I accept getting part of the gil first but just got no respond.

I am sure  I place any order here anymore.

As sometimes the high demand of your server will lead to the delay of your order. And so sorry for that, but our developers are constantly arranging the stock for you, please allow us some more time, your understanding would be very much appreciated.
