I've been on your customer service getting very unclear replies, when i queried about how long it would take me to recieve my platinum i got an answer of 1-6 hours, thats a very XXX large gap, i expect something more precise, and when i told them to Refund my money if it took longer than 6 hours i never got a clear reply. Order #1208140

Glad to hear from you.For the large quantity of so many orders and the supplier condition,we just can give you the general time for delivery,not an exact one.The refundment must come through the financial department and takes more time to check.Though your order has been finished,I should give you a suggestion thatyou can get contact with our Customer support to check the delivery time,and then you can  place your order unless you're satisfied with the time.
