I recently Placed a "CUSTOM" order for services from your site. order #986902 which was for leveling from 63-71 apparently you are unable to deliver on the items I payed for and will only go to 70 unless I shell out an additional $25.88 USD (which should be included in a "custom" quote" you say you wont refund the money difference between what you will do and what I have payed for and you are already 6 hours overdue on having it completed. according to your website my character will be played 24 hours a day "by a professional" until the goal is completed yet everytime I ask for status updates or call, your "professional" is not there and you will get back to me as soon as you know something.

the only thing that even makes you able to state "professional" is the fact he is getting payed to play, which he isnt very good at and never seems to actually do.

in no stretch of the imagination does it cost 500k gil to do limit break (even G5) which made me very uncomfortable 500k gil to a company that sells gil....hmmmm? when I had to do the quest for you it took me only 1 hour and less than 1k in gil.

the delays have become unacceptable as have the lack of service and input.

I hope you are able to find a way to make the many company inadequacies you have demonstrated to me right in some way.

please resolve this immediately.
