I made a purchase on July 28. My payment cleared on July 31. It was stated I would recieve what I payed for within minutes of my payment being recieved. It is August 2. I have not recieved an e-mail or anything regarding my purchase or when I can expect delivery. Live support does not work, and my e-mails are not being replied to. I have tried calling several times and only was able to speak to a person once and could hardly understand a word of her broken english.
You have my money, and I don't have the product I payed for; I expect you to keep me informed. Please do not force me to file a paypal dispute and/or report you to the better business bureau.
