The Trinity is a Christian doctrine, stating that God is one Being Who exists, simultaneously and eternally, as a mutual indwelling of three persons (not to be confused by "person"[1]): the Father, the Son (incarnate as Jesus of Nazareth), and the Holy Spirit. Since the 4th century, in both Eastern Christianity and Western Christianity, this doctrine has been stated as " three persons[2] in one God," all three of whom, as distinct and co-eternal persons, are of one indivisible Divine essence, a simple being. The doctrine also teaches that the Son Himself has two distinct natures, one fully divine and the other fully human, united in a hypostatic union. Support of the doctrine of the Trinity is known as Trinitarianism. Most denominations within Christianity are Trinitarian, and regard belief in the Trinity as a mark of Christian orthodoxy.[3][4]

Two questions to our  Guest

1. Are you reluctant to believe in Jesus' divinity because Jesus never said: I am God worship Me?

2. And if he did make such a statement would you believe him?

you cant say that Jesus is one with the Father like you and i are in the faith because Isaiah says "to whom then will you liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto Him? Isa.40:18. The bible also says that "...there is but ONE God, THE FATHER..." 1Corth.8:6a see also Mal.2:10. So if Jesus is God- 1Tim.3:16; Jn.20:28; Titus 2:13 etc. Then we can only conclude that Jesus as to His divine, He is the Father! Isa.9:6; Jn.14:7-9. "...if ye  had known Me, ye should have known My Father also. I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am [He], ye shall die in your sins. Then said they unto Him, Who art Thou? and Jesus saith unto them, Even [the same] that I said unto you from the beginning. They understood not that He spake to them of the Father."  Jn.8:19,24,25,27. So we need to believe what Jesus claim to be... THE FATHER!
