New Year -New You! This challenge starts on 2nd January. It takes 6 weeks and finishes on 13th Jan just in time for Valentine's Day. Any slimming method can be used as long as you are consistent. If you decide to change, complete the week before starting with a new regime on the following Monday.I'll post a chart and every half pound lost will gain a flower; every pound you lose will earn you a heart. There will be weekly suggestions to help you lose weight and also weekly challenges to improve your looks. Let me know if you want to join in.
