Beef brisket vinagrecchi
3-5 pounds of beef brisket 3 tablespoons of minced garlic 3 teaspoons of garlic pepper 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce 4-5 cups of water 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes 1/2 cup of diced red onion 1 1/2 cup of red wine vinagrette salad dressing 5 cups of steamed white rice Add the water,bbq sauce, and minced garlic into a 9x13 in glass dish and stir then add beef brisket. Then sprinkle the garlic pepper on the beef brisket. Cook the beef brisket in oven for 2-3hours at 300 degrees. Beef brisket is is ate like a steak can be done rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, or well done. Add cilantro,tomatoes,red onions, and red wine vinagrette into a bowl and mix this is the vinagrecchi which can go on the rice and brisket. |
