Ingredients

Spaghetti
1 packet of mince (lamb, beef, turkey, whichever you prefer, I personally like lamb and it's alot easier for young children to swallow as it isn't as course as beef, however the lower fat choice is beef, turkey or Quorn)
Tomato Puree
1 Can of chopped tomatoes
A pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper for seasoning
1 packet of mushrooms
1 large courgette
1 large onion
1 red pepper (or any colour of your choice)
A drop of Worcesthire Sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1 stock cube (to match your meat i.e. beef or lamb)
Oregano
Basil
Parmsean or any cheese you prefer (grated)

Slice mushrooms, courgette, pepper and onion  and crush the garlic.

1- Saute the onion and garlic together in a frying pan
2- Add the mince and fry until brown and cooked through
3- Drain the mince, onions and garlic of all fat
4- Add the chopped tomatoes and stir in oregano and basil to taste
5- Add the mushrooms, courgette, pepper and  crumble the stock cube into it
6- Allow the stock  cube to dissolve  and add preferred amount of tomato puree, I use a  whole tube
7- Add salt and pepper to taste and a pince of sugar to stop acidic flavours
8-  Add a drop of  Worchesthire sauce to taste
9- Boil enough water to cover  the spaghetti whilst the meat simmers
10- Cook the  spaghetti and  serve meat  after draining the spaghetti
11- Add Parmsean or normal grated cheese on top
