All tubes are created by us. All tubes are either original, mouse drawn and mouse painted, original oil or watercolors done by us then scanned and tubed, or are mouse painted from black & white clip art from cd's which we own and are free of any copyright, or are done from regular tutorials or selection tutorials. Each tube is identified according to how it was created. None of the tubes are created from paintings done by other artists. All tubes are copywritten and owned solely by PSP Pals and individuals can use them as desired, with the exception of redistributing for monetary gain. Some of the tubes have a watermark on them and that must remain. None of the images that appear within this site can be placed in any collection or offered for sale. All work on this site is for personal use only. Furthermore, while it can be used to decorate and enhance personal web sites it cannot be utilized to decorate or enhance web sites that are designed for commercial use and/or financial gain. If a site desires to utilize the tubes in a tutorial or graphics, the only thing we ask for is a link back to PSP Pals.
