Buy a bunch of steak when it goes on sale. the cheap, lean, tough steak works for this pierce in several spots with a fork. divide up in zip-lock freezer bags. dump some teriaki sauce in the bags, appx 1/2 cup per bag. add some juice or wine. seal. place in fridge 24 -36 hours, turning occasionally. freeze. Best if cooked outdoors over fire.
