~ Green Tea with Ginseng ~
4 cups of water
4 green tea teabags
1/4 cup of sugar (use more or less to taste)
1 teaspoon of honey
1 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
4 drops ginseng extract
Heat water to a boil in a non-metal container, and remove from heat. Place
teabags in water, cover tightly, and let steep for about an hour.
In a quart-sized pitcher, add the rest of the ingredients, pour steeped tea
over all, stir thoroughly, and let chill.
Makes 1 quart.
