RE:WELCOME TO SEPTEMBER CHAT
(Date Posted:08/31/2016 11:32 PM)

Sorry, but I was unable to work on any of the page or skin today.  Had my eye appt bright and early.  They ended up doing a deep dilatation that required 3 different drops in my eye.  They no longer do the reversal drops, though my doctor never did use them. I have my new prescription and she talked me into going locally.  She said I have such a strong astigmatism that if the pupillary  distance is the tiniest bit off, the prescription will not be right for my eye.
So I agreed to go locally.  I could not see for shit all day.

Louann was going to take me to look for glasses but I could not see well enough to do that.  But that turned out for the best as and old friend from work, who I have not seen in about a year stopped in to visit.  She's a talker.  She must have said, well, I should be going and then started something else at least 3 times.  Most of the time I have no clue who she is talking about.  Still it was nice of her to stop in.
OMG, those balloons are a riot.  I have never seen them delivered that way.  I am sure that I would have been laughing my ass off had I been there to see it in person.  Nice "card" from the "Greats"  That is quite a bunch of balloons and I am glad he is enjoying them.  I am off to bed soon.  She you tomorrow.
XOXOXO

RE:WELCOME TO SEPTEMBER CHAT
(Date Posted:09/01/2016 2:00 PM)

Good Afternoon!   I didn't make it in the morning.  I got a shower and then we went out to do some grocery shopping, then unloaded and then I tackled the avalanche of emails.   Better late than never?  ;-)

One of the neighbors sent a memo that there had been a Mountain Lion spotted lounging on the ledge at the 'horse shoe' at the end of the block so we should stay inside.  On the other side of the horse shoe is the Methodist Church, so I can't imagine where it came from!  Of course when I read the message to Mike, we had to go down and see if we could see it, even though common sense would said it would move on if there was much activity.  8 or 10 neighbors were standing around there, so I guess we weren't the only ones looking for a little excitement ~ though at least we were in the car.  lol

I took our trash to the curb last night and it was picked up before we went out this morning, so that's done.  The Recycles don't go out until next week.   Lovely day today!

I have a load of laundry to fold, and then we need to wash some towels.  I'm putting off everything, and all of a sudden Mary and Benji will be here and I won't have a thing done.  That's so "Me".

Shauna just delivered our cheese cakes ~ she was supposed to do it yesterday but something must have come up.  She also gave us Sue's because she wasn't at home, so I'll have to stay company ready for a while. I also need to finish a Birthday card for Laine.   Hmmm.  I think it might have been easier when I just bought a bunch of cards to have on hand.  lol

I'm sorry your eye appt was more challenging, but I think it might be a good idea for you to get your glasses locally so if they aren't perfect you can raise a little "h" with them.

How fun that your friend stopped by!

I hope everything is clear today and you can get out and find some purrrfect new glasses!

Oooh, another beautiful new tag.  Thank you!!

Love 'n Hugs,

Good Morning

You are not alone.  I hope you got to sleep.

Yesterday I didn't post until afternoon, and here I am today, posting at three o'clock in the morning.  Aarrgghh.  I've been awake for half an hour, coughing and blowing my nose and making way too much noise.  I started to get up and go up to the Morning Room to let Mike sleep, but he insisted I stay and just sit up, and he put an old movie on.  I should have just gone so he had a chance to get back to sleep, but at least the noise I was creating has (largely) stopped.    This happens every once in a while and it's so irritating.  Hopefully the poor guy can get back to sleep, and who knows, maybe I can too in a while.

Later my love.

RE:WELCOME TO SEPTEMBER CHAT
(Date Posted:09/02/2016 11:51 PM)

HELLO, HERE I AM AND NOT FALLING ASLEEP TONIGHT;
DID YOU SEE THE NEXT EPISODE OF "BETTER LATE THAN NEVER"?
STILL HILARIOUS.  I JUST WANT IT TO KEEP GOING. THEY ARE ALL
SO FUNNY.ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY TALK ABOUT EACH OTHER.
THIS WAS A GREAT IDEA THAT SOMEONE CAME UP WITH...SUPPOSEDLY
HENRY.  THEY ARE ON QUITE A RIDE.  I REALLY CANNOT BELIEVE THAT
BILL SHATNER IS 85.  WOW!!
I CHECKED OUT WALMART AND SHOPKO FOR GLASSES.  AT SHOPKO I
FOUND OUT THAT IN ORDER FOR MEDICARE TO PAY FOR PART OF YOUR
GLASSES YOU HAVE TO GET THE GLASSES WHERE HE WORKS. AGNESIAN
IS TOO EXPENSIVE.  SO I ENDED UP AT SHOPKO AND USED MY AARP CARD.  MY FRAMES WERE 89.99, I GOT PLASTIC LENS WITH LINE
BIFOCAL AND NOTHING ON THE SIDE WHERE MY EYE IS CLOSED. SO I WENT THE CHEAPEST WAY POSSIBLE AND WITH THE 30% DISCOUNT .
FROM AARP  IT ONLY COST $87.48 TOTAL. I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT WELL AT AGNESIAN. I LIKE THE GLASSES, BUT LOOKING INTO
THOSE CLOSE-UP MIRRORS MADE ME SEE HOW AWFUL AND OLD I LOOKED. BIG PUFFY BAGS UNDER MY EYES AND MY HAIRLINE HAD RECEDED A LOT MORE THAN I REALIZED. SUZ WAS TAKING PICS OF
ME WITH EACH PAIR SO I COULD SEE THEM THAT WAY.  STILL I LOOKED WRETCHED.  YUCH.  NO WONDER I SCARE CHILDREN INTO HITTING ME WITH STICKS, LOL.  SO MY GLASSES WILL BE HERE IN 7-10 DAYS.  I CANNOT WAIT.  HOPE IT IS 7 BUT NOT WITH MY LUCK.
I AM SORRY YOU GET THOSE COUGHING SPELLS.  I KNOW WHAT THAT IS LIKE.  WHEN I GOT THEM I WOULD COUGH SO HARD I WOULD WET,  AND I WOULD BURST BLOOD VESSELS IN MY FACE AND CHEST.
2 NIGHTS IN A ROW I BROKE OUT WITH HIVES. LAST NIGHT WAS THE WORST EVER.  I ACTUALLY BROKE OUT UP MY ARMS AND ON BOTH SIDES OF MY HANDS.  THIS STARTED BEFORE I WENT OUT LOOKING AT GLASSES AND GOT PROGRESSIVELY WORSE.  WE GOT ME SOME BENEDRYL LOTION AND PUT IT ALL OVER MY ARMS AND HANDS. THEN SUZ TOLD ME IT WAS ON MY NECK TOO.  I COULD TELL IT WAS ON MY CHEST ALSO.
BEFORE GOING TO BED I TOLL BENEDRYL BECAUSE IT WAS ALSO ON MY BREASTS, STOMACH AND LEGS.  WHEN I WOKE IP THIS MORNING ALL WAS FINE.  SO FAR NONE TONIGHT. SO I AM SAFE.  I AM GOING TO
GO TO BED AND TRY TO HAVE A BETTER DAY. GOING TO BE GETTING TOGETHER WITH L&B AND NAN ON SUNDAY.  EATING AT KFC AND THEN
FINISHING ROOTS.  IF TIME, WE WILL START REIGN.
TALK WITH YOU TOMORROW.
HOPE YOU HAVE SLEPT WELL.
XOXOXO

I FORGOT TO SAY TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE VERY CAREFUL OPENING YOUR GARAGE DOOR EARLY IN THE MORNING WHAT WITH THAT MOUNTAIN LION SIGHTING.  HE PROBABLY WAS JUST RESTING ON HIS WAY SOMEWHERE.  I HOPE.  THEY ARE NOTHING TO MESS AROUND WITH.  THEY COULD EASILY TAKE YOU DOWN.  TELL MIKE TO WATCH HIS STEP TOO.  I DO NOT WANT TO GET BAD NEWS.  LOVE, LOU ANN

Welcome to the weekend.   I don't think our company will get here before late this afternoon, which is probably a good thing.  Ha.  We really don't have that much to do.  We just need to go over the counters and kitchen table (where Shogun is not allowed ~ yeah, right.) and wash the wood floor.  I think everything else is about as ready as it's going to be ~ unless you want to come and clean the pantry for me this morning.  No?  Then I guess we're basically ready.

I'm going to make a breakfast casserole tonight that I can just pop into the oven for an hour tomorrow morning, and we have sandwich fixins in case they want something to munch on tonight or tomorrow afternoon.  We'll go out for dinner tomorrow night, I'm sure.

All that said, I don't expect to be online tomorrow ~ though I may surprise myself.  Ha.  Probably I won't see your smiling face until sometime on Monday.

We're back to the high temps for the weekend.  Phooey.

We haven't heard anything more about the Mountain Lion.  I was concerned that they would kill it, so no news is good news.  It is surprising to think of one in our very residential neighborhood, though I have seen coyotes in this and in our old neighborhood.  Once I saw one walking big as you please right down the sidewalk in front of our house in the middle of the day.   I expect things like that when we visit our B&B in Estes Park, but we really are very residential here.

Your point is a good one, to be aware when we go out, especially in the morning before the neighborhood stirs.  That doesn't happen often, of course ~ laugh.

We haven't seen any but the first episode of "Better Late than Never".   Actually, I forgot about it.  Thanks for reminding me!   We really did get such a good laugh from the first episode.

What a good idea for Suz to take pictures of you in the different style glasses so you could see how each looked!   I don't believe for a minute you look anywhere near as bad as you see yourself, but I do know that what we see when we look in the mirror is different than what others see when they look at us.   I tend to judge myself by what actors and actresses look like on my TV and I want to wear a bag over my head when I go out!  I have been making myself really look at others more lately, and guess what?  Other REAL people don't look a whole lot better than I do ~ sometimes not even as good!  lol

I really, really hope your glasses make a big difference to your vision!  That's what really matters!

OhMyGosh, I won't complain about my coughing spells ~ they aren't nearly as bad as yours, and I haven't had any hives, either, thank God.   I do get a sweat reaction (??) redness under my breasts sometimes, and I put a little Neosporin cream on and it usually clears up quickly.  Knock wood!

I think my issue is that my sinuses drain, down my throat and into my lungs when I lie down.  I do prop up somewhat on pillows and don't lie flat, but still it happens.  Mike says I sleep with my mouth open, too.  Eeuuw ~ how unattractive, and no wonder I wake with a dry mouth and that probably adds to the coughing too.  I have a little blockage in one nostril so it probably isn't surprising that I become a mouth breather, but ugh.  lol   Last night everything was ok, and I slept well.  Thank God.  Yesterday was BAD.   I did get the moneys transferred and the check books balanced yesterday, but I didn't even consider updating the Budget Book!

I love my new tag ~ and the matching border!  Thanks so much!   Have a great day!

Happy Labor Day!
I plan on very little Labor today ~ how about you?

Our guests left before 7 this morning, planning on a 5 hour drive to the Arches in Utah, and promising to send pictures.  On Saturday they left Minneapolis at 6AM and arrived here around 8:30 PM, which would have been 9:30 their time.  That's a very long time in the car, with only a few stops for meals and what have you, and I think they realized that then are no longer in their 30s.

Because it was the Labor Day weekend and traffic in the mountains and at Estes Park would have been horrendous, we encouraged them to stay local.  We had planned on dinner out last night, but as the day just sort of lazed on, I suggested we order Pizza in, and everyone thought that would be great.  It was. ;-)   They went for a couple of walks during the day, but were also able to take a leisurly shower and rest and visit and let us introduce them to some new-to-them TV shows on Netflix.  I think with so much driving and hiking coming up this week, that was a really good plan for them.  It's amazing how tired I got not really doing anything.  We aren't used to having people around all the time, you can tell.  lol.  We really did enjoy them, and I think they had a good time too.   I'm just sorry we didn't get any pictures.

Best of all from Mike's perspective, Benji brought walleye that he had caught and frozen.  I see some good eating in our future!   ;-)

Oooh, you've been busy!   Lovely September skin and new thread!  My gosh, there is so much going on this month!  Just typing it all in must have taken hours, never mind finding all of it!
Thank you!

Are you partying today?   Happy Labor Day!

RE:WELCOME TO SEPTEMBER CHAT
(Date Posted:09/05/2016 11:43 PM)

Happy Labor Day....just another boring day in my life.  When I was active in my union we used to go to the Labor Day Parade and then out to the park for the Labor Day Picnic.  We always sold raffle tickets and one year my sister Diane won a beautiful watch from a local jeweler.  The parade is almost all political, but there are bands and the politicians hand out crap so it is ok. I even walked in the parade one year.  They wanted groups of union members trough out it.  We actually had fun.  We just lazed and slept through the day.  We do a lot of that,

I had a really bad night Sat.  I was wide awake and could not sleep at 3am, I went to room and laid down in my recliner to read, I was still wide awake at 5am and 6am, so I made the decision then I would not be going to my friends.  I set my alarm for 10:30.  I do not know when I fell asleep but when that alarm went off I awoke so fast that I was disoriented and felt like I was high. lol.  I texted Nan that I was not coming went to the bathroom and back to bed.  I next awoke at 12:15 pm and got up.  I still felt really weird.  I did not even care that I was not with my friends.  It seems that no matter how well I sleep I still fall asleep all the time.  I hate it.  Mom too!  We must have both fell asleep at one point because mom said, did Chris bring there tomatoes.  On her walker was a section of vine cherry tomatoes.  They are so good.  I said I knew nothing about it.  We realized she must have come in and put them there and we were both asleep.  I said Thank God it was Chris. We are not safe with both of us asleep in broad daylight with the door unlocked. We just had the screen door closed.  I would have rather had the air on today.  It only got to 83 but the dew point was 66.  It was yucky. I told her tomorrow it goes on, it is supposed to be much like today but now the humidity is climbing up there too.

I am glad you had a low key time with your family, even if it left you exhausted.  Did you show off your new hobby?

I did not type all that stuff on the thread,  I went with copy and paste to a blank IM page,  Then editing it all and then copy and pasting into the page I made.  Then again I had to edit and the distance between lines was driving me crazy and I could not being some closer together so I started putting leaves in the excess space.  I think it took me longer to do it this way than it does when I pick trough it and write it out and then type it out.  But it was worth a try and I will know better the next time.  But at least I got it done.

Please feel free to resize my tags.  They turn out bigger than I think they are.  At 100% in PSP they are not this big.  So resize, they are huge.,

RE:WELCOME TO SEPTEMBER CHAT
(Date Posted:09/06/2016 9:15 AM)

Good Morning

I had a good night's sleep and it's only going to be in the low 80s today, so from the vantage point of early morning, everything is looking good.

I definitely need to do some laundry today or we're going to be air drying when we get out of the shower.

Last night we watched the final episode of Rizzoli and Isles.  We have really enjoyed that show, but it does feel like it's "time", now.  I'm not feeling sad that it has ended.  Then we watched Major Crimes.  Do you watch that?  OMG!  It's not often that a series shocks me.  This is a three parter, so we have two more episodes before the Season ending, and all I can say is OMG!

I think Mary Ann and Benji were ultimately glad we didn't do anything on Sunday, though that isn't the way they had 'seen' the day.  They made it to Arches by a little after noon ~~ and I haven't heard from them since.  I'm taking that to mean they are having a good time!   Mike and I had always planned to go there one day, but it is not to be.  We'll have to enjoy their pictures instead.   Somehow, that's ok rather than sad.  Guess we're gettin' old.

Mike is keeping his cards up on the mantle for a while longer ~ why not?!  He did mention getting rid of his balloons, though they are surprisingly still staying "up" for now.  I expect soon they will start "wilting".  It was fun to have them and all the cards.

You know I've had just that kind of day more than once, when I was awake most of the night and then practically a vegetable the next day.  UGH!   I do worry about you and your mom leaving the door open so anyone could walk in.  Some of your neighbor's friends sound to me like people who wouldn't hesitate to steal ~ and I won't let myself think of anything worse.  Can you at least lock the screen door, so anyone coming in would have to wake you?

I did share my new hobby with Mary Ann and Benji, and I think they were a bit impressed.   My great niece, Katie, owns an Custom Invitation Studio, Paper Rock Scissors in Minneapolis.  She's been very successful with it, but I always thought that she and her workers designed the cards and then sent them out to be printed.  I learned that is not so.  She makes them somewhat like I do, only much more professionally, of course, actually cutting and pasting and things like that.   I had no idea!   She won the Best of award from Minnesota Brides Magazine again this year.

Another darling tag!  Thank you so much for my back-to-school dog!

Hugs,

RE:WELCOME TO SEPTEMBER CHAT
(Date Posted:09/06/2016 10:58 PM)

.Did I  tell you that Suzanne's b-i-l Pete died.  He had Cancer and I cannot   recall what kind it was, but it moved fast.  He was just 3 years older than me.  There.are 11 siblings in Jerry's family.  The Wake was today and the Funeral is tomorrow.  They finally let the house go, John, Jerry's oldest brother bought it.  One of his sisters wants it but could buy it as this time.  So John bought it and will sell it to her when she can buy it.  So now they have all received their inheritance money and believe it or not they paid mom off.  She gave them a break for all they do for us and because some time ago she lost the listing of what they owed her. I said it was right around 9 thousand since she lent then the $ for the bankruptcy and many things since.  Even after doing so they still could not make ends meet.  I do not understand and she says nothing when I ask where does their money go.  Mom told them $6 thousand and they paid her.  I could not believe it. Wow!  I am so happy they did.  Once less thing to complain about.  They will stop by tomorrow to take the TV to the PO.  It will not fit in a reg car.Nick had his post op appt and thank God the Enlarged lymphnodes in his neck were benign.  They removed them and feel that all will be fine now.\So that is all my news.  Tomorrow I will order my computer glasses.  Got my PD from the girl who measured my eye.
I need to watch the last episode yet of Rizzoli and Isles.  You can tell that they are I do not watch Major Crimes.  You mist think I can watch anything I want to, lol.  If my nephews were around they would help Mike out with his balloons.  They love sucking in the helium and them saying weird stuff or sexual terms.  That is funny as all get out when they do it.  You cannot take the sexual remarks at all seriously when it comes out of a high squeaky voice.  I remember Katie and her wonderful business.  So nice that she got another award.
Well, it's getting late so I need to move on.  See you tomorrow.
XOXOXO

RE:WELCOME TO SEPTEMBER CHAT

Hello

Ok, it's official.  I have GOT to stop pharting around on Pintrest or Facebook first thing in the morning.  All of a sudden it's half way to noon, and I'm still propped up in bed, and I haven't even posted yet!  And I need my Coffee!

So let's see what YOU have been up to.

You had mentioned Suzanne's bil being sick, but not that he had died.    How sad.   I think it is so nice that John bought the house with the intention of selling it to his sister when she can buy it.  They sound like a close family.   Damn Cancer!

Really good news that they repaid your mom!   I know she gave them a big discount, but I'm sure she was willing to forgive the debt altogether, and I'm glad she didn't have to.   At the very least, it lets you respect them.  Sometimes that gets hard, when things are unfair.

I'm so glad Nick will be fine!  Thank God.

Can't wait to "see" your new glasses ~ and more importantly to hear if they really help you!

Oh, how funny!   Mike is ready to let the balloons go, even though they are still staying afloat.  It won't be long before they aren't.   I honestly didn't think of inhaling the helium and chatting with each other.   Too bad your boys aren't here ~ I'm sure we would laugh until our sides ached!

No, I do realize that you don't have control of the TV, and your mom and I have different tastes.  LOL.
Major Crimes took over when The Closer ended, with mostly the same cast.  Not quite as good as The Closer, in my opinion, but still good.  They seem to be in a mood to change the cast, and the cast is the reason for Major Crimes to continue to exist, I think.   If they get rid of the "old regulars", they will get rid of the regular viewers in our house as well.   I have liked these shows, and The Closer, because they tend to have a funny, lighthearted show one week, and then something very intense the next.  Keeps things interesting.  This last episode was downright explosive and we lost a cast member who has been there from the start.  Shocking.  There were questions about another taking his retirement.  Since he is the glue that holds the show together for me, I don't think it will hold together if they get rid of him.   I expect they want to replace aging cast members with younger ones.  As I said, they may replace me with a younger viewer if they do, but the shows do prefer younger viewers so I don't think they will mind.

This would normally be our day to put trash and recycles out to be picked up tomorrow, but since Monday was Labor Day, I think they will pick up a day later this week.  I have to check and make sure.

Mary Ann posted just one picture on Instagram yesterday, but it was beautiful.  I may have to 'steal' it from there to share with you.  That is an area Mike and I always planned to go, and now will not.  We will have to visit virtually, through the pictures.

You have been so ambitious lately.  Another lovely tag ~~ Thank you!!

Oh yes, please do share any pictures you get.  I love seeing them.  I too will never see there so would enjoy the visit.
Very bad nights sleep. Went to room around 3 am and just laid there. Around 5;30 am I thought ...I think we were supposed to send the test on mom's pacemaker and I knew that once I fell asleep it would be late when I got up.  So I got up and went out and asked my mom if she was awake.  She said she was but not so much, lol.  I asked her about the test and she said I have to do it today and they will call tomorrow.  So I said then I can go back to bed and she muttered and then said yes, they will call on Wed.  I said today is Wed, we need to do the testing and send.  So we did, we only got one light for our wifi so I did not think it would gp through but it did. So to bed I went at 6 am.  I got up at nearly 11:30.  I asked her if they called and she said yes and all was well.  That has basically been my day.

You and Mike should suck helium and the quote favorite lines from movies you love.  I bet it would be hysterical. I would pay to see that. If you do it, tape it somehow, lol.

I was so proud of Jerry and Suz when they paid mom off.  Then a few minutes later I felt the same sort of contempt for them as I have felt before.  I said to Jerry, did they take the tax our already or have you set $ aside for that and he said for what?  I said Inheritance Tax.  He said no, I am not even going to claim it.  All I cam think is how much trouble they will have if they get caught. But I cannot tell them what to do, they do not listen to me.  I also pray they do not run through this money as they do the smaller amounts they have already gotten which they did pay to have cars repaired, etc.  But they also were buying foolishly.  Neither of their sons know they got the money and that is best.  Sigh........
Out garbage and recyclables were picked up.today as
scheduled.  Always need to have them out there just in case.  Of course I bet yours have a larger area to cover.
Well, that;s it got me.
XOXOXO

Good Morning

Looks like it's going to be another hot one today.   Tonight we are going to our favorite Chinese restaurant for a do-over dinner for Mike's birthday, since lunch at the Hideaway was disappointing.  My treat.

Shauna comes tomorrow, so we need to pick up a few things, not much, and I need to fold a basket of laundry.  I put my Craft table and stuff back up yesterday and tried to make a card, but I wasn't happy with it.  I'm going to try again, and then put everything away for Shauna.  I left it all up the last time she was here, but since she hasn't really cleaned the Morning Room for a while, I need to have her do that.

Honestly, I feel like the proverbial Chicken with it's head cut off.  This is so ridiculous!   I want to have a very few neighbors over to make cards October 2nd, and I'm already stressing.  I'm insane ~ but admitting it doesn't seem to change anything.  LOL  I have tons of time, and I acknowledge that I am completely ridiculous.  Now what?  LOL

I'm hoping I can get Shauna to move  my cleaning day out a week next time so she will clean right before the party, or have her come for a second time.  I asked her about doing that before our company came but it was problematic for her then.  We'll have to see.

Oooh, how I hate those super-short night's sleeps!   I woke up too early this morning, but I slept fairly well earlier so I won't complain.  You have my sympathy!

I used to have to come in to have my defibrillator checked so I negotiated to do it every four months instead of every three.   Then I got the remote testing machine, that sounds like your mom's, except that I could do it any time during the scheduled day.  Just put the mouse on my chest and plug it into the phone.    With my new device, I have a remote thingy that sits on the Night Stand, and they read it remotely every three months while I'm sleeping!   Kewl!   I do have to go in once a year to have the leads tested and my heart "paced", and that is coming up this next Tuesday.  That reminds me ~ I need to do my blood test today.

I think the balloons are going out with the trash and recycles that will be picked up tomorrow.  It would be funny to inhale the helium ~~ but funnier to watch someone else do it.  Ha!

Oh, boy, I hope Jerry and Suz don't get in trouble with the Inheritance taxes.   I know the amount you have to have before it is taxed is quite high, so maybe there is a get-around.  I think a bit less than the first five and a half million dollars of an estate is not taxed, but how that works when it's divided among beneficiaries, I haven't a clue.   All I know is that our "estate" won't be taxable.  lol

I hope you can catch a nap during the day, and sleep WELL tonight!

Yum yum, I hope you enjoy your Chinese.  I am jealous..lol.

I could really go for some Moo Shu. But none of the Chinese

Restaurants deliver.  I know what you mean about cleaning up

for the person that cleans your house.  Mom and I both always

have to clean up our spaces so that she cab vacuum unimpeded.

Though, like you craft room, we have not had our recliners

moved anc cleaned under in a while so that will need to be

done. As far as having a few friends over to make cards I will

tell you what I have been told.  They are coming over to see

you and make cards, that will not be looking for anything dirty

or out of place.  They always say to make an alcoholic drink

choice and a non alcoholic. If someone is having a few drinks

and is having fun and you give them something yummy to

eat..they will be more likely to spend their money. lol

I asked Suz about not claiming the inheritance on taxes.  She

said of course we will.  I told her about what Jerry said and

she said he must have been joking.  So that made me feel

 better.

I went to have my INR done today and it was 1.9  So they are

going to keep my dosage the same and I am suposed to eat

greens only once a week. But she is letting me come back in 4

weeks.  Yay.

Then when I was home I got a call that my glasses were

in....but, they were wrong.  They did my computer glasses

as my main glasses.  The new girl I had did a lot wrong.  They

will send the glasses in again to be redone. It was partly my

fault.  I gave the girl the wrong card.  But someone who knew

what they were doing would have questioned that the card said

computer on it and that there were no measurements for the

bifocal and she had to call the clinic for it. The correct card

said Distance and Reading on it and had the bifocal info. So

they were to blame too.  I worried about her getting

something wrong and I was right to.  Now another week.It has

been 3 months since I had the surgery.  I do want to see.

She said I can have a little more that 20/30 with the glasses.

Well that is my life, chat with you tomorrow.

XOXOXO

 I
