RE:WELCOME TO APRIL CHECK IN
(Date Posted:04/06/2013 11:53 PM)

Good Morning.

Yesterday we went to brunch at the Briarwood. This is the place where we have gone for High Tea. I know you have seen the pictures. We had read that brunch included champagne, a fruit cup, pastries and an entree. We had no idea how MUCH that included ~ it was almost funny, but very nice.

The pastry tree from both sides and the fruit "cup"

Can you guess that we brought quite a lot of it home?smiley54

Instead of 'plain' champagne Mike had a Mimosa and I had Champagne with Creme de Cassis (Raspberry Liquor)

Mike ordered Prime Rib Benedict, which turned out to be eggs Benedict with a "side" of really delicious prime rib.

I ordered a Monte Cristo, which after eating much of the pastry tray and fruit cup, proved to be way too much. I brought home three pieces along with the strawberry sauce for Mike to have for lunch (lunches?).

We came home stuffed ~ and ready for a nap!

Mary Ann, I haven't done anything worthwhile with PSP for ages, so I don't think I'll volunteer to make your business cards.   I hope you are able to find something soon!

I'm sorry you are having trouble reading things here in Cuppa.  I'm using the old IE8, and it's fine ~ which is good news, bad news.   If we can't see the problem, we can't fix it!

Sending good thoughts for you to find the perfect job, and soon!

(Date Posted:04/07/2013 10:57 AM)

Hi gals!  I don't know if everything is getting harder or if I am making it so, but is seems like I get in here and mean to leave a message and I inadvertently close it half a dozen times and lose my message and give up in a huff.  Sorry.  I am going to try to do it today without any frills.  No border.  No signature.  Just a plain old message.

Hi Dorothy!  Hi Mary Ann!  Hi Lou Ann!  I had planned on writing each of you individually, but used all my time up reading the posts.  My mom is supposed to come out and I have to call her.  Zarah's company is leaving and she is exhausted so she is bringing Henry by so she can get a nap.  I told her to remember to bring milk.  Hope you have a special Sunday all!

Hugs,
GrannnieM

I MISSED ANOTHER DAY.  THIS IS GETTING TO BE A HABIT.  I JUST HAVE NO ENERGY. I KNOW IT TAKES A WHILE TO GET BETTER BUT I WANT TO FEEL FINE.  I WANT NICE WEATHER...I JUST FEEL THAT IF I COULD SIT OUTSIDE I WOULD BE BETTER.  IF I LOOK OUT THE BACK WINDOW, THERE IS NO SNOW.  STILL SEE IT FROM THE FRONT WINDOW.   MARY ANN, YOUR WEATHER DOES SOUND LIKE SPRING TO ME, LOL.
DOROTHY, THEY REALLY EXPECTED YOU TO EAT THOSE MEALS AND EVERYTHING ON THE PASTRY TRAYS??  OMG, BUT I WANT TO TRY IT ALL.  I SO MISS GOING OUT TO EAT AND TRYING LOVELY DESSERTS.  I WANT TO GO OUT FOR A REALLY GOOD STEAK AND THEN HAVE A REALLY FATTENING DECADENT DESSERT.  I WILL KEEP TOM AND CAROLYN IN MY PRAYERS.
GRANNNIEM, I WISH YOU HAD MORE TIME FOR US.  I MISS YOU AS I AM SURE THE OTHERS DO.  I AM GLAD YOU ARE GETTING LOTS OF HENRY TIME.  I HOPE YOUR CHAIR IS IMPROVING.
HAD ANOTHER DEATH IN MY CIRCLE OF FRIENDS.  MY FRIEND DEBBIE, WHOM I DO NOT SEE AS OFTEN AS I WOULD LIKE AS SHE LIVES IN MADISON.  HER STEP FATHER HAS DIED.  HE WAS WANTING TO BE WITH HER MOM SO HE IS AT PEACE NOW.  THE SERVICE ETC WILL BE THIS WEEK HERE IN FOND DU LAC, BUT I DOUBT I WILL TRY TO GO.  I THINK IT WILL JUST EXHAUST ME.
NOTHING ELSE I HAVE TO DO THIS WEEK.  I WILL DEFINITELY BE STARTING ON MY ROOM, EVEN IF IT IS ONLY FOR HALF AN HOUR AT A TIME AND THEN REST.  I CAN DO IT.  I HAVE TO, NO ONE ELSE IS GOING TO, LOL.
YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT MONDAY.
HUGS,

RE:WELCOME TO APRIL CHECK IN
(Date Posted:04/08/2013 7:21 AM)

and a gracious Good Morning to you all.

We had a very low key Sunday. Got a tiny bit of work done, but not much. Nice day, but 'Winter' is predicted for tonight and tomorrow. We'll see. Mike has decided to call and see if he can change our delivery date for the fridge from tomorrow to Thursday or Friday, since they are predicting up to 12 inches of snow!

I just stopped into the Aimoo Facebook group and they had posted that our server and a couple of others would be down for a few hours for "urgent maintenance". That was posted 7 hours ago. My next stop was here, and I do believe their Urgent Maintenance worked! So far, every thing I've clicked on has opened up immediately. The last few days have been horrid!

smiley2
annnieM, Aimoo has had some real problems for the last few days.  Fairly bad here (on Server 2), but absolutely awful in the other group (on server 1).   Hopefully it will be easier for you now that they've done some maintenance.

We'll take you with a plain OR a fancy post.
Hope you enjoyed your time with Henry.

smiley2
Lou Ann I'd love to take you with us to the Briarwood.  I think you'd love it.

I know we've been spoiled with the good weather we've had, but I'm really not up for being dumped on now.  It's supposed to be 62 degrees today, but then start raining and turn into snow, and be 23 tomorrow with more snow. Forcast has changed to show more snow possible through Thursday. The trees are budding and the plants are beginning to turn green and we could get 8 inches of snow! Humbug!

Thanks for the prayers for Tom and Carolyn.  He had a very bad three days, but yesterday was better.  I find myself cringing when I get an email or phone call.

I hope you are feeling better every day and soon get beyond this.
Don't overdo now.

RE:WELCOME TO APRIL CHECK IN
(Date Posted:04/08/2013 6:54 PM)

Hello Cuppa's
Dorothy, keep your snow to yourself...no letting it wander.
I have high hopes of Spring actually arriving sometime soon, I want no setbacks.  Most of our state is in Flood Watch.  Lot's of areas getting rain and with the ground still partially frozen and all the ice and snow melting, the rivers and lakes are high so heavy rains may cause flooding.  Low areas in out neighborhood are already flooded.  Our back yard neighbors back yard looks like a pond.  Next we will get ducks.  We always seem to get a couple every year.  A couple of years ago a pair nested in the tulips along the side of the neighbor across the streets house.  Every time they pulled in their driveway the ducks had fits.  They tried to stay away as much as possible but in the end they abandoned the nest and eggs.  So sad really.  I hope you can get your delivery date changed.
Took some doing, but got mom's checkbook balanced.  What scares me is she just became the treasurer of her TOPS group.  They have to have two people run for an office...but no one wants them.  So mom will say I will run against them but do not vote for me.  It backfired this time because the long standing treasurer told them all not to vote for her because she did not want to do it anymore.  So they voted for mom.  I think they will come to regret that.  I should have sat in on the session she and the old treasurer has here the other day but I did not.  It has been a long time since I was a treasurer.  In my Junior year I was the treasurer of my Junior Achievements group for about half the term.  I do not think I remember any of that, though I had 2 years of bookkeeping in high school.  Keeping my fingers crossed that she does not screw it up to badly.  If she does, what can they say?  Oh well, we will see.   You all have a terrific Tuesday!
Hugs,

RE:WELCOME TO APRIL CHECK IN
(Date Posted:04/09/2013 7:48 AM)

Ho! Ho! Ho! We've got snow!
I'd say about 2 inches or so right now, but it's supposed to keep coming until late afternoon. It isn't snowing right now. 8-12 inches predicted. I'll bet we don't get that much ~ still, it's a good thing that we took 'them' seriously this time and postponed the delivery of the 'fridge until Friday.

We thawed some stew for dinner tonight, so we're all set.

Yesterday we worked for maybe half an hour in the garage, getting packing boxes and materials broken down and/or cut up to fit into the recycle bin. We'd managed to accumulate quite a lot. Mike cuts the boxes up and I break down those that don't need to be cut up and stuff 'em into the recycle bin. The packing materials that can't be recycled go into a trash bag until it's full enough to set out as trash.

It looked pretty good when I left the garage, but Mike wanted to stay a little longer. After about an hour without seeing him come in, I went to get him, fearing he was overdoing. When I opened the door to the garage, he said "Look!" ~ and when I did, I saw that his entire workbench had been cleaned and organized! I just kept saying "OMG! OMG!" (Yes, I do sometimes actually talk in letters as well as type them ~ LOL)

Before the new pills, he had been looking so tired and almost sick much of the time. Yesterday after doing this, and cleaning the litter and other things, I still didn't see that poor tired, sick face. By evening he was legitimately a bit tired, but still animated and very pleased with himself. (Can you tell that my face is smiling, too?)

smiley9
Lou Ann, I will try to keep the snow here ~ we need the moisture, though the timing could have been better.

I love ducks.  How fun to have a "Duck Pond" out of your back yard window.

Ut-Oh.  Your mom as club treasurer ~ that doesn't sound good.  LOL.  I suspect that YOU have taken on another job.
smiley9

Sending hugs to annnieM and Mary Ann. Love you all.

Sad that Margaret Thatcher died.  What a great woman the world has lost.

But sadder still to me is the loss of Annette Funicello.  She was the 50's and 60's to me....a time frame that has mostly all happy memories.  It was a simpler time to live in.
There were a lost of things wrong in that time....especially prejudice toward blacks and other races.  And I would not want to give up today's technology, but I would love to have the family values and the innocence of that time.  No one had to lock their doors, you could walk down the street at night and not be afraid of being attacked.  I loved the Mickey Mouse Club and I so wanted to be Annette.
I loved Talent Round Up Fridays!!  When they all wore their cowboy hats!!  I bet we can all still sing the theme song....M I C ....see you real soon, K E Y ....why, because we like you,  M O U S E !!!  I could keep going, lol.  Annette's last years were hard ones with her MS, but I think she always seemed to maintain her dignity and her joy in life.  I will always remember all the Beach Blanket movies too!  They were so cheesy, but we loved them.  They were too funny.  Good bye Annette, see you real soon.  Keep your ears on until we meet again.

Rain and thunder and lightning....that is what we are getting.  Now our back driveway looks like a pond.  There are some wickedly cruel rumors being spread that there may be some snow in the forecast.  I just hate rumor mongers....weathermen should learn to keep their mouths shut :)  I warned you Dorothy to keep the snow by you!!  If it comes here I am packing it up and sending it to you, so be prepared.

That is wonderful news about Mike.  So the new drug seems to be helping in a big way.  I hope it continues to work so well for him.  I hate that anyone suffers so from their diseases, etc.  Now I wish the had something that could help GrannnieM with her MS.  I know they have made so many advances but I want more!!!  Hoping you have good weather on Friday!
Hugs,

RE:WELCOME TO APRIL CHECK IN
(Date Posted:04/10/2013 7:54 AM)

Good Morning.

This will be a quick post because Marcela comes this morning.

I don't know how much snow we got ~ at least 6 inches or more, but because it has been so warm, it mostly melted on the pavement. We have a fair amount on the deck and lawn. It's bitterly cold and apparently very slippery out. Several accidents reported and Marcela called in the afternoon to say how difficult it had been for her to walk from the grocery store to her car. She told us not to take the trash and reccle cans to the curb, that she will do it when she gets here. Bless her. I'm sure they won't pick up early, so that should work fine.

Got a bit of work done ~ two loads of laundry done, folded and put away, the wood floor vacuumed and a few other things that were overdue taken care of. Normally we would leave that for Marcela, because I would have done it last week, but I hadn't gotten around to it. Otherwise, we had a nice day curled up in front of the fire reading or watching TV and the snow. Very pleasant. We thawed some stew for dinner so that was easy too.

Tom isn't talking on the phone anymore, not talking much at all, so Mike can't call and even have a brief conversation with him. He has some better days and some worse days. I don't think we will have him much longer. He is in liver failure and there is no coming back from that. He refused a liver transplant when it was still a possibility. I don't think he had the best advice and support when it would have mattered.

Lou Ann, your tribute to Annette is lovely.   It was a sad day to many of us to lose both The Iron Lady and Annette.  Both had suffered for a long time with their illnesses, so they are on to a better and happier place ~ but my world, and obviously yours too, is diminished by their loss.

Folks have been making fun of our "blizzard".  The news built it up so you thought you should stock in supplies for a month and pray for the electricity to hold up.  Someone even said three feet of snow were possible and terrible wind.   We did get snow, and a fair amount of it, but it melted quickly and was hardly a big deal.  The cold and icy streets and parking lots created a bigger problem, I think.  Lots of accidents.
I hope you don't get to "enjoy" any more snow!

Sending love and hugs to everyone else.

RE:WELCOME TO APRIL CHECK IN
(Date Posted:04/10/2013 12:42 PM)

Hello Cuppa Ladies

It is a small world. I am in several Yahoo groups for sharing Incredimail and other PSP creations. One creator was talking about weather so I asked her if by any chance she lived in Wisconsin. Lo and behold, she is from Greendale, a suburb of Milwaukee...only about 1 hour from me, lol. So it is a small world.

Then my sister posted an article from Forbes....listing the top 15 small cities to raise a family in. 4 of the cities are in Wisconsin and number 14 is Fond du Lac, where I live, lol. The other sities are Steven's Point...I have beenthere many times as it is near my friends cottage that we go to each year. Another is Manitowoc...I have never been there but heard lots of good things about it. My nephew Brent's father lives there. The other is Marshfield. I have never been there either. I know of it because The Marshfield Clinic, which has some fame, is there. I thought it pretty cool that out of 15, 4 of the cities were in WI. I have always felt this was a fairly safe city to be in, though each year it seems less so. But that is probably everywhere for that matter. If you want to see the Forbes cities:

http://www.forbes.com/2010/10/25/small-cities-family-lifestyle-real-estate-quality-of-life_slide_3.html

Hmmm, I just noticed the date of this article..10/25/10, so it may not be valid info any more. Who knows.

Rain, rain and more rain. It is starting to look like one big lake around here.  Lot's of thunder and lightning last night and I loved it...bring it on!! The scary part is we are hovering right around freezing so it switches in and out of being sleet and could easily turn to ice on the roads, which could be tragic. Lots of warnings out to be careful.

Dorothy, that is so nice that Marcella called you and told you to leave the trash and recycling to her. She has turned out to be a treasure in some ways. You seem to be blessed with finding good people in your life. Though I think it is karma...you draw good vibes to you because you are good people. I am sorry that Tom will no longer talk on the phone. My Aunt Fran did the same thing until the Dr. jacked her up. Tom is a different story. I think he needs to be talking to someone to help him with his dying...I am sure it weights heavily and he may even be afraid. He  needs someone to talk with him.  Does he have faith?

Speaking of my Aunt Fran...she recovered from her TIA and got well enough from her other ordeal that she got to go home!! Such a blessing that is. I hope she has many more years left to her.

I love rainy days for being indoors and curling up with agood book, but today it is just making me sleepy, so I think I am going to take a little nap and maybe then I can function again, lol.

Hugs,

Morning All.

Marcela took our trash and recycle bins out for us and then cleaned the house all nice and purdy for us. She really moved fast and was done in less than two hours. After that, we didn't do a whole lot. smiley45

We should get the new fridge tomorrow. They will call us with a "window of time" when they will deliver. Then I think next week we will get a grocery delivery to restock some of the big and bulky items.

Not much planned for today, either. Can you say LAZY?
I finished my Joanne Fluke book and started a Carolyn Hart 'Death on Demand' book.

Lou Ann, it is interesting and kinda nice that so many Wisconsin towns are listed as 'the best'.   Things seem to be changing in a negative way throughout our country.  Good to know some places are maintaining higher standards.

Rain, rain, go away.  I hate ice worse than almost anything.  This has been a really strange winter.

I don't know about our being good folks, but we have been lucky in those people who have come into our lives.  We do try to pass it on.

It's so good to hear that your Aunt Fran is doing so well.

I have been so angry about Tom's situation I can't talk about it. I've never thought his Doctors (or Carolyn's) were any good, but of course I don't have any way to know for sure. He has had what is called chemically induced cirrhosis, though we didn't know it until recently.  He's not much of a drinker and doesn't use recreational drugs so I've blamed his Drs for giving him drugs that caused it and not monitoring it until it got so bad he needed a transplant. Then I've blamed those close to him for not advising him to GET the transplant. Mike's done a lot of research and apparently liver failure is a frequent result of diabetes, so I'm giving his Doctors more benefit of the doubt. Liver failure comes with some depression (for which he also had drugs prescribed) and challenges to clear thinking, so I still feel he should have had more help making decisions. In hindsight, we should have pushed to know more and interjected ourselves into his care, but we really didn't know how bad things were going until it was too late.

Yes, he is a Christian, and that does give everone who cares about him comfort.  He was their church choir director for many years.  He has a wonderful singing voice and taught music for many years before going on into the administrative and computer side of his high school.   He was our best man and also sang at our wedding.

Have a good one, everone!

Good Morning All.

We've had a busy morning. The fridge was scheduled to be delivered between 8 and 12 this morning. I fugured if we weren't ready it would be here at 8:02, and if we were it would come at 11:55. Isn't that usually the way? Soooo, by 8 AM we were up, dressed, hair and make up done (Me), pills taken, bed stripped, sheets washed and in the dryer and coffee poured by 8 AM. That's probably normal for all of you, but trust me, it isn't our norm a'tall. ha.

Then the miracle occurred. Even though we were ready, we got the call that they would be here in 15 minutes shortly after 8! They came, picked up our old side by side and delivered and set up the new one and were GONE by 8:30! Amazing!!

I suspect this was the best delivery they will have today, too. It was in the garage, Mike already had the car pulled out for easy access, no need to hook up the water line, just plug it in and go.

Another plus for us ~ no delivery charge and free haul away of the old Amana. Now I'm not sure what we will do with the rest of the day. We'd figured on a lot of just sitting around waiting!

Have a good one, all!

RE:WELCOME TO APRIL CHECK IN
(Date Posted:04/12/2013 5:04 PM)

Hello ladies
We are having a break in the rain..so the lake in the back drive has
become large puddles again. Maybe we can get a few dry days to soak
up the water. I had not even realized the area had so much damage
from the ice on everything. Sometimes when you do not go out, you
really lose track of what is going on around you. We had some excitement as a house blew up across town. Thank God it was unoccupied. It was a brand new duplex and one family was just getting ready to move in. The other side still has work to finish. The think it was a gas leak.  I do not know is the whole house is a loss, but the side that the family was moving into is a loss for sure. Now on the news there was a house fire in West Allis...about 45 min from here...3 little children dead. A 4 yo girl and her 3 yo twin brothers. No adults were in the house at the time of the fire. They did not think anyone was home and the children were found dead upstairs. They have the mother in custody and she is claiming she left a family member with the children. Her youngest child is alive yet as he was at his fathers. Then they say that she has a case pending with Child Protection Services...how sad this is. Makes me so angry that our system always seems to prevent good families to be together and yet the bad ones do not have the children taken away. I know that no system is ideal, but this one really needs to be revised somehow.

Dorothy, aren't you glad you were up and ready to go?? Hope you found something great to do with the rest of your day. I think you should have rewarded yourselves but being up and attem so early. After all, your house is clean, the laundry done and it is not snowing. Seems that a lunch treat would have been the answer. Or even a nice drive with a luncheon attached. Hope you filled your day in a positive fun way.

Mary Ann, I am feeling your pain. Seeing it also, lol. I hope you have better luck the next time. I miss your lovely posts. I hope GrannnieM is getting adjusted to her new wheels so that she can get out and about again. I hate for her to be missing things.

Jinx visits us every chance she gets. If their door and out door are open, then she is in out place and she tries to avoid going home. James always has to chase her down and grab her. He is not very bright when it comes to cat language. He was holding her tight and she was trying to get away and putting her paw on his face. He commented on how she was petting him. I told him bull, if she had claws we could have major scratches...I said she is hitting/clawing at you trying to make you let her go. She always tries to get away from him when he picks her up. So far she is not a cuddler, but that may be because she is never here long enough for that to happen. When I pick her up she lets me pet her and purrs...but aftes a short while wants down. She comes around to get petted and stays longer if I do not pick her up. She eats lots of kitty treats...some times I wonder if she is getting fed enough. But when I pick her up she is good and solid and not the least skinny, so she is probably just a pig.
I will sure miss her visits. Mom loves it when she comes too.
You all have a great weekend? Anyone have any plans? I do not!
Hugs,

RE:WELCOME TO APRIL CHECK IN
(Date Posted:04/13/2013 7:33 AM)

Hello. Happy Saturday.

Interesting turn of events yesterday. Remember our neighbor who came asked to see our house again because she had friends who were interested in buying the remaining lot and building a Broadmoor on it? She herself has the Broadmoor across the street from us, but she wanted to check out the things that we had done differently than her house. Well, it turns out that she is buying that lot and building a Broadmoor on it for HERSELF. Once it's built, she will have Sarah (builder's wife/realtor) sell her existing house for her. She didn't want to say that was her plan when she talked to us, but the cat got out of the bag and she didn't want us to hear from someone else. LOL. She was afraid we'd be mad because she mislead us, but we thought it was funny. Anyway, the last lot HAS been sold. She assumes everyone will think she is crazy, but the Broadmoor she has was already built when she bought and she couldn't put any of her own touches in it. She wants to do some of the tings we did, plus things she has determined she would like after living in the house for 5 years. They told her the due date could be September ~ boy, I thought these houses were going up a whole lot faster than ours did! Ours took 8 months! We'll see if hers really is done that soon. So that's my funny story for today.

The new fridge, set up at 8:30 had already frozen a freezer bag by noon. Yay. So far running very quietly. We'll see what happens in the hot garage in the summer. This is supposed to be one of the most energy efficient models. Again ~ we'll see.

Tonight, we're going out for Indian food ~ and leftovers.

Aw, Mary Ann, I'm sorry.   Still too big?   I wish I knew what to do to fix it for you.    Aimoo did some maintenance that fixed the problem of it taking so long for pages to load, but maybe the created another problem in the process.   I'm not having the problem (and I'm glad!) but it may have something to do with which browser we are using.   Or . . not.

Lou Ann, I know the Rain on your Plain is a Pain, but it could be worse.  In spite of what i thought was a fair amount of snow, we are apparently in drought again, which means watering restrictions for the lawn.  That IS a pain.

Oh my goodness ~ how frightening to have a house blow up, and how hard for the family that was getting ready to move in!   We seem to hear more stories like that, and it's frightening.

The house fire with the babies killed ~ beyond horrible!   My first instinct is to lock that mother up and throw away the key, but I'll try to hold back my judgement until we know for sure that she DID have someone there supposedly watching the kids.  Just breaks your heart.

We've had an absolute epidemic of Hit and Run accidents ~ 30 already this year!   I can understand being frightened and wanting to keep yourself out of trouble.  That might have been my first instinct when I was young, and particularly if I'd had a drink or something.   First instinct, maybe ~ self preservation is a strong motive ~ but after that first instinct, how can you not stop and try to help or to at least make sure no one was seriously hurt.   We've had several fatalities, including two little kids.   We are becoming a Nation of people who don't care about others at all.  We give lip service to caring, and even vote for things that sound good so we can feel good about ourselves ~ we care in the abstract, but perhaps not so much for 'real people' who might need us to get our own hands dirty to help them, or even to just consider how our actions might effect them.   Perhaps we should allow "The Golden Rule" to be posted in court houses and schools again.  What we're doing simply isn't working.

No, we sure didn't do much the rest of the day after they delivered the fridge. I suggested we make a Costco (discount store) run since we were all dressed up with no place to go, but Mike managed to hurt his ankle when he was cleaning the garage, and didn't think he'd like walking around in that big store on a sore ankle. Isn't that just the way? He finally gets to walking better, then he gets hurt. This is nothing serious, I'm sure, just temporarily ouchee.   So, we didn't do much until Sherri dropped over to talk about her new house. Or after, for that matter.

The wood floors and black granite surfaces already need to be dusted! What is UP with this dirt producing house?! Oh, yeah ~ we have CATS.
I think having Jinx come to visit and then go home is purrrfect.   I'm so sorry that can't continue.

Carolyn says that Tom has had 2 or 3 good days, though he isn't eating much at all, only a few bites, nor is he talking. He answers questions but doesn't initiate conversation. At least he seems to be ok for now.

Have a Swingin' Saturday, All, and a great weekend.

RE:WELCOME TO APRIL CHECK IN
(Date Posted:04/13/2013 11:16 PM)

HELLO MY FRIENDS

I REALLY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING MUCH TO SAY.  IT WAS A VERY QUIET DAY.  MOM

WENT OUT SHOPPING WITH SUZ THIS MORNING SO I GOT A COUPLE OF MY SHOWS

WATCHED FROM ON DEMAND.  THEY BROUGHT HOME LUNCH FROM TUCKERS (FAST

FOOD) AND MY SISTER BROUGHT ME A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER, WHICH WOULD

NOT HAVE BEEN MY CHOICE.  I AM NOT BIG ON THEIR BURGERS...SUCH SKINNY

THINGS...A DOUBLE BARELY MAKES ONE.  WE GOT CHINESE FOR SUPPER WITH MY

SISTER DIANE AND HAVE PLENTY OF LEFT OVERS.  DIANE LEFT HERS FOR US TOO.

SO WE HAVE SESAME CHICKEN (MILD), PORK EGG FU YUNG, CHICKEN IN BLACK

BEAN SAUCE, SEAFOOD PIE, CRAB RANGOON AND ALMOND COOKIES...AND OF

COURSE LOTS OF RICE AND FORTUNE COOKIES.  SO WE WILL BE HAVING CHINESE A

FEW MORE TIMES, THOUGH THAT IS FINE BY ME.

DOROTHY, I LIKE THAT YOUR NEIGHBOR IS GOING TO BUILD A HOUSE THAT SHE

LIKES.  I ALSO LIKE THAT SHE IS TAKING NOTES ON YOUR PLACE.  YOU KNOW YOU

DID GOOD, WHEN SEEING YOUR PLACE CONVINCES SOMEONE ELSE TO BUILD.  I

HOPE THAT MIKE'S FOOT FEELS  BETTER REAL SOON.

I HAVE NOTHING MUCH TO SAY SO WILL SHOW YOU THE PLUGIN LESSON I JUST

FINISHED.  WELL, I THOUGHT I WOULD, BUT I CANNOT GET THE ABOVE

PHOTOBUCKET LINK TO LOAD.  SO NO LESSON AND NO NAME TAG, LOL.  WAIT...I

WILL LOOK AROUND AND SEE IF I CAN FIND ONE FROM AN OLD POST OR

SOMETHING, LOL.  SO IF THERE IS A TAG, I FOUND ONE :)

HUGS,
