I have a lot of Knowledge about many plans and even have the books.

I also have lots of Exercise Knowledge. I love the Beach Body Workouts,
Turbo Jam by Chalene Johnson and Project:You! by Kathy Smith are two of my favorites.
I also own Walk Away the Pounds and The Firm Videos as well as Tae Bo by Billie Blanks.
