 The sensational music director pair of Vishal and Shekhar are glowing these days as the two are proud to have made history with their latest album Bachna Ae Haseeno! The duo has given music to Yash Raj's forthcoming venture starring Ranbir Kapoor and are extremely proud of it since the song has a title track which has son Sumit Kumar sing along with his dad Kishore Kumar! "Yes, the song 'Bachna Ae Haseeno' is special as it has the voice of Kishore and Sumit Kumar in it. It was director Siddharth Anand's idea of having the two sing together. We had initially approached Amit Kumar but later it was Amit who gave us Sumit's number and asked us to try him instead. Amit had already sung for us in Jhankaar Beats and that was also a tribute to RD Burman and this time around we thought of making Sumit sing instead", said Vishal Dadlani. So isn't it weird that Vishal-Shekhar's music for Tashan did well but the film didn't! "16 Lakh Tashan records got sold, what if the film didn't do well! It's just that there is a thin line between genius and madness. The director crossed this line and went a bit overboard but that doesn't make him a loser. He tried to do something different", claim the two in unison. Coming back to Bachna Ae Haseeno, for all those who are dying to see Ranbir share screen space with his dad, there is a bad news! Rishi won't be seen with his son even doing a cameo here! Instead it is Kunal Kapoor who will make a special appearance! "Kunal Kapoor will be seen in the film along with Ranbir in a special appearance", confirmed a member close to the film. Seems we will just have to wait some more till we see the Kapoor father-son duo come together.
