 Ayesha Takia's mum is indeed a typical Bollywood actress' mother who accompanies her daughter everywhere just to ensure her security... just like the mother of Ash, Shilpa and now even Prachi Desai! Ayesha's mum is proud of her 22 year old daughter's achievements in the film industry as she has carved a niche for herself in spite of her not possessing any filmy lineage! However mommy dearest does not hesitate to pin-point Ayesha's drawbacks too! We met up Ayesha and her mum some time back during an event and were startled to see a comparatively slimmer Ayesha Takia! Camera does add those extra pounds which is a known fact but we couldn't help but ask the mother-daughter duo as to how come Ayesha had a tendency to look healthier onscreen than she actually is! A smiling Ayesha chose to keep quiet but her feisty mother chose to speak up. "Ayesha is just 22 and looks healthier than she actually is onscreen! She has lost oodles of weight and has been maintaining a strict diet for the past one year, not because people had started talking about her excess weight but because she herself realized that she had to look thinner. Her weight loss is a result of that. Also she would never go under the knife to look thinner ever. She is not all that desperate, besides she doesn't need to do that! She can do the needful by yoga and proper diet." Well, for those who are still wondering if Ayesha has or has not got liposuction done, all we can say is we'll have to ‘weight and watch' until she makes her next public appearance ... of course with her errr mum!
